Spark by Hilton Phoenix East Mesa

For the price it's a good hotel. The service from the staff was phenomenal, everyone was kind and helpful. The pool was nice and clean, and the bagel bar was a decent breakfast. I was a little bit disappointed by the way that some parts of the hotel already looked dilapidated, especially considering the age of the facility. Same with the lack of a full gym, as it was still under construction when we stayed. The elevator was also under repair when we checked in, so we had to bring our luggage upstairs. Other than that, the rooms were clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend for a short trip or a working trip!

This is a fantastic hotel. The staff was super friendly and the bagel breakfast bar was excellent, including hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, and bagels. Staff was super attentive to cleanliness and replenishing items throughout the breakfast window. Front desk was very helpful when we had any questions or requests. Hotel in general was extremely clean and conveniently located to highway and restaurant/activities nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I stayed here during a recent trip. Although we've stayed at many other Hilton properties over the years, this was our first experience staying at a Spark hotel. We were pleasantly surprised to find that it was a better overall experience than many of the other well-established but older properties like Embassy Suites, Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton Inn, and Homewood Suites. The moment we pulled up to the hotel's front door, one of the staff came outside and greeted us with a luggage cart to load our family's belongings. Stepping inside, the hotel was fresh, clean, and appeared to be recently built. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful, assisting us in getting a first floor room near an exit since we had an early morning flight to catch. The room was surprisingly spacious, with high ceilings and lots of room for our family's luggage and clothing. Everything in the room looked brand new and worked perfectly. The desk in the room even had an extension that could be pulled out to nearly double the workspace, which we really appreciated. That night, we were able to get some of the best sleep of our trip on the new, comfortable beds in our quiet room. The next morning, we enjoyed a complimentary breakfast of coffee, fruit, muffins, and boiled eggs shortly before check out. Although, we didn't have time to try out the pool, it did look fantastic from the breakfast area. On our way to the airport, we realized that we'd left a piece of jewelry in the hotel room and called the front desk. The staff was eager to help us, and were able to locate it immediately, even offering to drive it to us. Overall, our family was very impressed with our first stay at Spark in Mesa, and would definitely stay here again. From the friendly, attentive staff, to the clean, comfortable rooms, it was a stand-out lodging experience on our trip.

Newly renovated hotel with tons of local food, shopping, and entertainment. Convenient to a ton of AZ attractions. We stayed for just over a week for work and were grateful for a large clean room with a comfy bed, fridge and microwave in room and a huge bathtub/shower. We weren’t far from food and shopping and the highway was right there, making our work commute quick and easy. The pool was clean and the hot tub was hot! The staff was personable and responsive and Ari at the front desk especially made sure we knew that we were taken care of. She greeted us by name and took care of all of our small needs. We also watched her deal with upset customers due to the hotel changing their books the week we arrived and she should honestly teach a class on how to keep a smile on your face while giving excellent customer service to grumpy travelers. Thank you to Mr Steve for welcoming us to Arizona and may your new space be prosperous.

Incredible staff, both in regards to front desk and maintenance team. The two Erics on staff are some of the best Hilton brand maintenance team members I’ve ever met. Colin at the front desk, as well as the general manager of the establishment, is helpful and dutifully dedicated to guest concerns. All concierge was kind and serious about their hospitality standards. As for amenities, the coffee is always flavorful and the hot tub is always hot! I loved this hotel and earmarked it for future stays. Go visit this Spark location; you will not be disappointed!

We were greeted by Ren at the front desk. She is the epitome of professionalism, efficiency, and hospitality. Never dropped a beat as she juggled our check-in with a phone call from another potential customer. Later I was going through the lobby and things had quieted down. Ren was still busy, wiping down counters and straightening things up. From every indication I had, she should be a highly valued member of the Hilton staff. This hotel is spotless, rooms are quiet, modern, and well-maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. I haven’t been pleased with my last Hilton stays but Spark by Hilton Mesa has changed all that. If you are looking for housing in the Mesa Gateway Airport area, you can’t go wrong here.

This hotel is very new and immaculate! The desk clerk, Sophie went above and beyond, very friendly and kind! She even remembered us from the previous stay and was an asset to this hotel. 10-15 from Mesa airport. Good location and light traffic around it. Highly recommend the hotel!

The hotel was clean. The room furniture was a little small for the space. The biggest problem was the lack of professionalism. We had called ahead 2 times to make sure we could park our car there for a few days while flying out. We were told that was fine. Upon on checking in I was told there would be a fee per night. When I explained what we had been told, basically they said we weren’t told that. I guess we were lying? I asked for a manager. The employee poked his head in an office door to the side and came back and said there was nothing they could do. We are elite members using our points and were completely blown off. We have stayed in many Hilton hotels and this was the most disappointing. Would not recommend this hotel.
