NillAt first, I was skeptical because of all the reviews here. Anyway, I made the reservation before I read the reviews and I was in a hurry so I just gave it a try. Turn out, this place isn't so bad. I don't know what other people expected here. The room was cleaned. The bed was cleaned. I didn't see any cigarette burns like other people mentioned. In fact, the bathroom just got repainted. There was no bathtub but it's not a big deal for me. I've never use a bathtub in a hotel anyway and I've been through tons of hotels from Asia, Europe, the US and Canada included 3 to 5 stars. The hot water was so hot to the point that I had to almost turn the hot water off. The AC was in good condition and it got so cold that I had to turn it off as well. About the staff, I don't think he was rude or extremely polite. He was just there. I told him I had a reservation then gave him my card and that was it. We spoke may be 2 words which was fine since I wasn't there to chat anyway. Honestly, I was tired, I just needed a room and he had done his job. Don't understand what other people expected here either. And the pool, seriously, how many people actually use a pool at a motel anyway? The fact that they have it was good enough. Frankly, I didn't even used the beach at Mandalay Bay in Vegas let alone a small pool like this. I was on a business trip to Mesa so I just need a cheap, clean place that I can slept in for about 6 hours. This place served my purpose very well.

★This property is very long in the tooth, at best. When we checked in, we had a choice between internet service or a microwave oven, as the rooms coincidentally seem to have one or the other. The rug in our room was worn and very dirty. You could feel the grit when walking in bare feet. However, the front desk person was personable and informative. The room was quiet. The bed was reasonably comfortable. The bedding was threadbare and there was a human hair on the sheets when we turned them n down for the first time. The pillows were either not Wyndham pillows or they had been laundered so many times they lost their fluff. They only serve the Travelodge Bear Bites breakfast during certain times of the year and while we were there wasn’t one of them. All they served was coffee and juice. The owner seems to have a thing with 11.55. You can rent a microwave oven for $11.55 a day. If you have a pet, it’s an extra $11.55 a day. The late checkout fee is $11.55 an hour. We wouldn’t stay there again.

NillDO NOT STAY HERE!! This place was absolutely horrible!! $100 for 4 people for a room that was absolutely disgusting! There were stains on the sheets, pillowcases, floor and chairs! Burn holes all over the bedspread in a non smoking room! The refridgerator has a timer that sounds like a bomb in your room and when asked they said to just unplug it?? (Can't keep your food cold unplugged idiot!) The peep hole in our room was broken out and filled with a plastic bag. Super noisy location and not a great neighborhood or I would have slept in my car in the parking lot instead! The "breakfast" in the morning was old danish and muffins and the coffee pots are in your room but no coffee. My favorite part was the shower which must have been installed by a child since the shower head is only 4 ft high and entire shower is just over 6 ft. I can't believe this place is still in business!!

★★Property OK. Rooms were a disaster. Don't pull the bedcovers down and inspect. It'll gross you out. The stains on the bedcovers will make you vomit- like some people already had. The rooms appear to have original everything - furnishings, bed covering, carpeting, plumbing. The windows appeared to be new; but did nothing to keep out the noise. The hotel is on the corner of two main roads and the traffic through midnight and beginning at 5:00AM sounded like it was driving through the room not outside of it. Breakfast - packaged rolls and juice from a cooler. Luckily a Denny's and McDonalds was right down the street.

NillThe room was dirty. The shower floor sickening. We stayed the first night of a 2 day stay and left early the following morning, when we returned about 4:20 the room had not been cleaned. Shower mat and towels still on floor, bed not made etc. We to office and they said they could do nothing. We ask for a refund and they said they would process it but they didn’t Put in a complaint with the credit card company and the fought it. Don’t stay there’s.

★The room was very dirty. My husband walked around barefoot for a few minutes and the bottom of his feet were black. There were cigarette burns on the comforter and the blanket even though we were in a non-smoking room. It was hard to sleep in the room since the noise of the outside traffic kept us up all night. Seemed like we were next to a freeway. I was also disappointed by the breakfast. It was only bananas, packed muffins/danishes and some orange juice. Not what I am used to in a continental breakfast. I would also go into the lobby and many times no one was there to assist me. I waited like 15 minutes just to check out because no one was there even though I keep calling out and knocking. Will never stay here again! Definitely not worth the price. This is more like a motel than a travel lodge.

NillI WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. Manager gave me cleaner and a rag and told me to clean it! This is by far the worst Travel Lodge I have stayed in. There was blood snots on the walls and by the toilet, the shower smelled like urine, it also had mold and hairs from the previous person. The sheets were not clean, pillows were stained and smelled funky. The dresser had some sticky stuff along with the remote. Rooms smell like cigarettes, Chair had white stuff on it, its just disgusting!

NillBedspread had cigarette burns. AC did not work well at all on a 112 degree day but was told it just takes a while to cool down. It never did. Vending machines were empty so nothing to drink in a room that was well over 90 degrees. Very disappointed. I can't say you get what you pay for. It is inexpensive but not worth it.
