We accidentally booked here due to it being the ONLY hotel out of the 13 I had called to allow dogs and my family is so grateful we ended up here! It was truly a blessing to have had such a warm welcome after a very hard and tiring day of traveling. The dog park was very well kept, the view outside was beautiful, the staff was so welcoming and kind (they even gave us some snacks and there was a sign present during check in for us). The rooms were so nice with very comfortable beds. My husband and I typically hate hotel food but their breakfast sandwiches were so delicious! We didn’t even care about the price because it was worth every dime! We are so blessed to have found a home away from home.

UPDATE ON REVIEW: I received a phone call from Sean Riley, Assistant GM of the hotel. He acknowledged and apologized for my experience....he was extremely sincere. It is apparent management takes these reviews seriously and take great pride in this hotel and service levels. He assured me the music issue has been addressed...and made things right. I truly appreciated the follow-up and kindness in how this was all handled. Thank you, Sean Riley! If I could leave 0 stars, I would. If you want to sleep at night, this is not your hotel. Exterior courtyard music played loudly until after several calls it was turned off at 10:30 pm (otherwise they told me it plays until midnight), and then it was back on at 6 am! So loud it was clearly heard in our room. Additional room issues too numerous to list. Hotel staff were rude, did not apologize or offer to make things right (except for the night auditor who finally turned off the music at 10:30 pm). GM would not even come out and speak with me. I asked that he call, and he never did. Would never advise anyone to stay here.

We stayed here several days for a wedding and had a great experience. Kendra went above and beyond with helping us out and making sure we had everything we needed. She made a point to connect with our 6 year old which was so sweet and appreciated. The hotel is very clean and has a nice heated pool, fire pits outside, fridges in the room and a nice breakfast selection. My only complaint...the hotel is online with a small runway so plays fly over NONSTOP.

I rarely write reviews, but my recent experience at this hotel was so disappointing that I feel compelled to share it. Due to being local residents, my party and I were abruptly kicked out of the hotel, and to our shock, the police were called to escort us off the premises without even 10 minutes to pack our belongings. This incident was not only humiliating but completely uncalled for, especially since no where in their policy does it state local residents may not book and stay at this establishment. To make matters worse, the hotel offered a full refund but has only given a partial refund for our disrupted stay, and the additional compensated stay they had promised was never provided. This lack of follow-through on their commitments left us feeling disrespected and mistreated. It’s unacceptable that a hotel would handle a situation in such a manner—escalating a service issue to a law enforcement matter without proper cause. I hope potential guests take note of this experience. A hotel should be a place of comfort and hospitality, not one where guests are arbitrarily treated as nuisances. I cannot recommend this establishment, and I urge management to seriously reconsider how they treat their guests in the future.

We were in town for a wedding. Sean Riley Assistant GM was an absolute gem to deal with - helped us with a (very) early check-in so we would be able to have time to rest before our event, and checked at every stage that we were being taken care of. The pool was lovely (salt water and heated), room amenities were excellent and the free breakfast buffet an added bonus. We will definitely be back.

Clean and modern hotel. Beds were comfortable. Location was good in terms of amenities, next to some fast food places and a small grocery store. But the hotel sits right under a flight path and the small planes woke me up in the morning. Pool was awesome. Clean and larger than the other 2 hotels we stayed in during our trip. The person who checked us in was a bit grumpy. We didn't get a chance to see what breakfast options they had because the breakfast area was promptly closed at 9am. We made our way down at 8:40 and there was nothing left but cereal, yogurt, and milk, so make sure you go earlier.

Our experience here truly proves there are angles among us. Being in the military and relocating every few years is tough, especially with two young children. Temporary living situations can be a real challenge, no matter how resilient our kids are. We’re incredibly grateful to the team at Home2 Suites, who truly made our two-week stay feel special and treated us like family. Sean and Kendra went above and beyond when they noticed how sad our kids were not to have a home to decorate for Halloween. They surprised us with decorations for our door—Sean even paid for them himself. On Halloween, every staff member dressed up, and our kids were overjoyed seeing everyone’s costumes. It was such a bright spot for them. Frank, the manager, was incredibly kind and even gifted our kids a toy helicopter, which they’ll always cherish. The housekeeping staff kept our rooms spotless, and everything was always left perfectly in order. The breakfast was always well-stocked and delicious, and the breakfast assistant was so thoughtful, always ready to help us with anything we needed. The groundsman was also amazing, constantly sharing local suggestions on things to do with the kids, which helped us feel right at home in the area. Beyond the incredible staff, the hotel’s amenities—like the beautiful pool with stunning views—made our stay feel like a true getaway. Plus, with its close proximity to shopping and fun activities, it was the ideal spot for us. Every person we encountered showed such kindness and genuine care. Their generosity and warmth during this transition will always hold a special place in our hearts. Thank you Sean, Kendra, Frank and the rest of the amazing staff! 💕

Awesome hotel. Amazing rooms that were quiet even on a busy weekend. So much in there too, kitchen, office space, all other standard hotel items. The common spaces were great too and sunset views are very hard to beat.
