Courtyard Mesa at Wrigleyville West

Stayed here several times while traveling for work. Typical Marriott, you get what you'd expect with friendly service and clean/modern rooms. I like the couch/table setup in the King rooms. The location is really great too, adjacent to a large park with a lake. Carpets were being cleaned this stay, which made for a humid/musk in hallways but personally I'd rather know it's being done than not.

On vacation, we stayed here one night. Check-in was very nice. The receptionist was really nice and understanding with a mix up on my kids. The rooms are quite big and very clean and when we asked for extra linen our room, they were all nice and quick. Unfortunately, we had to pay for breakfast, but it was still good. I would recommend the breakfast burritos. My kids had the French Toast w strawberry, and the lady that took our order was very nice to our daughter. Starbucks in the morning is a must. If you're in for spring training the cubs field is right next door. Play ground and splash pad near by Shopping center's close by.

This is the third time in a year. I’ve stayed at this facility all three times. I’ve been exceptional. Rice was fair. People were helpful. Love the room great view, clean good shower and towels.

One day I requested extra pillows. One day extra towels. Neither arrived to room. So service isn’t much but rooms are nice, clean, comfortable and location is really nice and convenient. Would stay again.

Beautiful and cozy place to stay. The lobby has comfortable seats with some privacy if you want. There's even a back patio with seating to enjoy the outdoors. The place is clean. I highly recommend this hotel for comfort and a reasonable price.

Positive: It was quiet, clean, and well-appointed. I really felt like I could relax and unwind. Negative: (As with many hotels) there are so many fragrances and strongly fragranced cleaning products used around me that can send my allergies into a tailspin. The laundered sheets and towels did not bother me.

I went to stay in Mesa so I could be by family for the weekend I forgot make up wipes asked front if they had any and they didn't next thing I know the gentleman at the front desk l,Htet Aung, brought me wipes he went and got for me!!!! Talk about unreasonable hospitality and Disney level service!

I stayed at this hotel for three nights while on business. This hotel has to have one of the nicest staffs I’ve encountered over the last 17 years of traveling for business and pleasure. Every member of the housekeeping staff I encountered gave a “Good Morning” “Hello” “Hi!”. And it felt genuine, not forced. The front desk staff was also very friendly. One of the days I stopped by to get a water and snack from the market. The GM was helming the desk. When I gave him my room number to charge the two items to, he saw I was a lifetime Titanium Bonvoy member and said the items were on the hotel. Small but appreciative gesture for my loyalty. I’ll stay here again the next time I’m in the area.
