Travelodge by Wyndham Parker

The room was clean, the room was very spacious. The bed was extremely soft and comfortable. The pool was not complete but I am happy to see that it is a work in progress. There is a very cute seating area outside the rooms, a table along with two chairs is a nice touch.

Stayed here for work, won’t do it again. Bathroom doesn’t have a towel rack so towels are stacked on the window sill, towels are dingy. The air conditioner is disabled and a ceiling fan was installed. If it’s cold there is an old plug in space heater to use. The walls are very thin, you can hear everything in the rooms next to you. The pool has been under construction for over a year based on other reviews, and no crew was working on it at all, they probably have no intentions of actually fixing it. The room smelled bad. And I was double charged. I recommend you spend a little bit more and stay somewhere else.

First let me start by saying the man that helped me was very kind. He was able to get me a room last minute. Room was very spacious. AC worked great. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. The room was Very clean. Definitely will stay here again.

Pros - Location Pros - Rooms Clean Pros - shower amenities nice Pros - working heater Cons - Service - we asked for extra pillows and towels a month in advance. we were advised via email that extras would be in room waiting. (actually there was none and we had to beg for 1 extra towel and 1 extra pillow) Cons - Room Danger - raised floor of bathroom means a. tripping and falling b. damaging feet and toes (which in fact we did trip and I smashed my toe thankfully nothing broken) Did Front desk do anything about it? Nope. They said and I quote (we're aware of it.) no compensations, no i'm sorry are you ok, do you need medical attention, nothing. Cons - Room Danger - in addition to deadly raised floor, property puts a five foot tall hanger rack right next to the bathroom entry which oddly enough when the lights are off you walk right into it and get hangars dangling in your face and kicking the hangar rack. Why would this be there? Why would this not be against the wall not in the walk way? Great Question. Cons - no email updates about any of these items in question in addition nothing about pool being out of order. Yes we know it's winter time but the weather was fantastic but since no notice of pool being out of order no pool. Cons - customer service. I don't know exactly how you manage to stay in business when you charge what you charge and then treat or not treat guests like this. no happy greetings, no happy departures. barely any english at all (which is fine but still) If it weren't for the outstanding location of your place we'd probably be trying to find something else. Based on the trouble we had this time around we'll probably be forced to since the management was aware and no notices were sent out, no warnings no nothing. rent at your own risk. I certainly hope you change how you do business before someone really gets hurt and you lose the property under some type of crazy litigation. Until next time.

This simple clean , newly renovated hotel has improved so much since the last time I stood there a few years ago. Rooms HAVE NICE NEW FLOORING, TV with apps; the room is spacious and a perfect location for Summer RIVER visitors! Great price and staff. I hope all the hard work and investment put into this hotel that the future visitors and local community folk take care of it!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for having availability at a great price compared to Other hotels in area.

Travelodge was extremely clean and checkin was quick and friendly.|Property is dated but has a convenient location.|Pool is currently unavailable as it is being renovated.|Price was competitive and lower than other options in Parker. I would stay here again.

Its very clean and the beds are wonderful very nice worker and front desk worker is very customer service oriented. Everytime i stay is very relaxing with no problems

This place is way better than it use to be no more skecty deals in park lot an wird traffic .the people are nice very helpful a they doing major renovations to make it more comfortable for you and your family.there replacing everything new. Bed sheets an ect.so if you had experience I urge you to try again.because they’re stepping there game up for the customers
