The ladies at the front desk were amazing! They were very warm welcoming and friendly ! Aliyah and Nina were very professional yet so kind and helpful! They made the stay here so enjoyable. Our first visit but we will return and will recommend to all we know ! Great customer service ladies keep up the wonderful job!!!

When you first walk into the hotel, you will recognize the amazing smell, clean lobby and hospitality. The room was big and clean. The location is great and close to everything. It’s great place to stay at when you are in Arizona.

Love this hotel. The only negative thing that is my personal preference is that the pillows are a bit too soft for my liking. Rooms are cleaned, and breakfast is on point. There bacon WOW very good!!! The parking and location are great if your visiting Tempe Market place is in walking distance and has lots of fun things to do.

This is a modern hotel near a major freeway, Arizona State, and Sloan Field, where the Chicago Cubs play spring baseball. The hotel has plenty of parking, a nice lobby with restaurant and bar, and the room was just fine. The staff, however, could be more polite and helpful. In particular, we returned from a Cubs game about 9:10 pm, hoping to have dinner. When we went to the restaurant we were flatly told they closed at 9. They must have known that Cubs fans would filter in a little after 9, and they could have made us dinner. But they didn't.

My stay here was nothing short of amazing! From the clean room to the delicious food at the restaurant. The absolute best part of my stay was the second to none customer service we received from Alison! She truly went the extra mile to cater to our every whim! Alison even made sure the kids were always pleased! Alison always met us with a genuine smile and eagerness to please us has absolutely exceeded every expectation we had! Alison truly is gem and asset to this hotel!

I enjoyed the service while waiting for breakfast, once it came the servers are a 10/10. I have come to other hotels and the workers are not so great but in this one I love the people here so much especially the servers!! Shiela, Alexis, and Paul were awesome love it and coming back again!

Horrible stay. Lukewarm water in the first room I stayed in, and bed bugs in the second room which the hotel is refusing to take responsibility for. Long story short I figured something was wrong bc I was waking up multiple times in the night itching, but I didn’t actually see the bed bug until the next morning on the other bed in the room (which means the room was likely INFESTED with them). When I talked to the manager onsite, she kept cutting me off and was very dismissive as if she didn’t want other people to overhear me. She said they would have a company inspect the room, but of course they’re denying that there are any bed bugs. If I bought them there, I wouldn’t suddenly have bumps everywhere on me. Also, I had to throw away my brand new $100 luggage since it was on that very bed to not risk bringing them back home. I will never stay here again and would warn anyone to be careful staying here. It’s one thing to have this experience at all, but even worse so when the hotel refuses to take responsibility. Pics of the bug on the bed & my bites are below.

Not a pleasant stay. Every trash can was overflowing. Trash was in my hall for two days. Kids screamed in the pool into the wee hours. Needs supervision and maintenance. Bar and breakfast service was good. Room was moderately clean. Bed made a loud noise when I sat on it. Not the best.
