Residence Inn Tempe Downtown/University

Staff was awesome and went out of their way. We were there on Easter and they put on a little egg hunt for the kids. Nice little touch that we all appreciated. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Shout out to Jamaciana for her help getting the perfect room for our stay.

Excellent service from the reception to room daily house keeping. All the receptionists were great especially Jamaciana that had a contagious smile and laughter always. ||The only thing I would recommend is to have a secure Wi-Fi with a secure login for hotel guest only. Using a free Wi-Fi that was accessible to everyone was scary, giving the rate of scammers developing new techniques to access people's personal on daily basis.

Super close to ASU. Got a room with a balcony overlooking the ASU Stadium. Outstanding. Large rooms, convenient to ASU but also to the roads around Phoenix. Parking wasn’t free but not expensive for a downtownish hotel. Easy in and out several times a day. Good restaurants and ASU student places nearby. Breakfast was ok, not special. No bar there, but lots nearby.

Jamaciana is a legend for helping me upgrade my room. Super happy with it.||4 not 5 stars because my euro mind cannot fathom the American breakfast. But they have yoghurt bananas and ice coffee so I'll survive. ||Pool on topfloor is chill, nice view as well, convenient parking lot.

The hotel had amazing staff ready to assist. The breakfast had an assortment of items to choose from with flavored waffles, the lemon was my personal. The gym was small but had enough equipment for a basic workout. The roof terrace was nice with spa and pool. Overall stay was great with plenty to do close by.

This is my preferred hotel when I am visiting my student at ASU. The location cannot be beat! We always get a two-bedroom Suite - the space, beds and showers are excellent! My favorite Tempe hotel, we have stayed here many times and will be back!

Amazing staff, one of the best hospitality hotels I’ve stayed at. Jamaiciana was an ANGEL and went above and beyond for my family and I the entire stay. Very personable, genuine and sweet. I will be visiting again and will only be saying here when i’m in the phx area.

Jamaciana a was fabulous represtatative.She was so professional in her approach. She had great recommendations for food. Helped me with everything I needed location wise. Overall 10/10. My room was so fresh and clean. Made leaving my kids easier. 🫶🏼
