NillI booked this hotel last minute because the location and modern design were a good fit for what I was looking for. The lobby was very warm and home-like, but also updated, unique, and fun. As a creative person, I love the pops of color in the decor and the fireplaces on the north corner of the lobby. The taco restaurant was amazing, surprisingly, and the rooftop bar was also a fun place to be. My favorite thing about the room was the mini fridge which came in handy plenty. The room was tiny but had everything we needed. I was happy to see makeup removers in the bathroom too. My favorite staff member was Ashley; she treated me like a VIP guest and a friend, making sure I had everything I needed. Late one night after I returned tired from a wedding (about 1AM) I came back downstairs to ask for 2 water bottles, but was told that the only water available was for purchase, and since I wasn’t sure if I was a rewards member, I wasn’t allowed any complimentary water even though we had gotten that once earlier in our stay. I was given a small cup to fill up at the water fountain and bring upstairs. It could have been presented in a more positive and inviting way. Instead of declining to give a guest water (which can be a safety issue in Arizona), there should be more of a “yes and why don’t we enroll you in the loyalty program too?” attitude. Overall, I had a good experience and would consider staying here again for a quick trip.

NillWe stayed here for 1 night. It was absolutely perfect! Super clean and very comfortable. Not sure why this is considered a 3 star hotel, it's top. And the bar was fabulous too. We enjoyed the cocktails and the friendly bartender.

NillI recently stayed at the Vib And it was the most Incredible stay ever. I mostly loved the surprise of all the dry bar products in the shower and the bathroom sink area. Customer service was amazing. Highly recommend the bed was so comfortable, and the pillows were amazing.🤩

NillAll around disappointment and management did not seem to care. After much research of the area, we booked this hotel for spring break due to location, heated pool, and free parking. Parking was not free, be prepared to spend $10 per night on a parking lot that is not secure. Pool was ICE cold the day we arrived. I reached out to management immediately, day two pool was still freezing. We spoke with multiple other guests around the pool disappointed to find it was not heated as advertised. Multiple messages were sent and emailed regarding this. Finally by day 3 our last day the water seemed to warm up as maintenance "looked into things". It seems the hotel is just poorly managed and maintained. There were no working ice machines during our stay, floor 2 and 4 were broken, A bartender took us to the roof for ice. The second elevator was broken our entire stay. Fully booked hotel with only one working (very slow) elevator. 5th floor is VERY noisy due to rooftop bar. You will hear music until it is turned off, every footstep, and anytime someone moves the furniture on the roof. The room was VERY noisy, paper thin walls. For what ever reason the day we wanted a coffee from the coffee shop there was not a person working, and the front desk person did not seem to care that guests were standing around waiting at the coffee counter. The location seems nice, however its right on train tracks, and you have to get around a large fence to walk towards the entertainment district. Getting into the parking lot is only available from one direction so it was just a constant driving around to get in and out to certain directions. I would not recommend this hotel for the high price tag. Rooms were TINY, no closet space, hardly anywhere to hang clothing. The rooms have a VERY limited space beverage cooler not even large enough for a to go box. This is a dressed up budget hotel charging far too much for what it offers.

★★★★A very nice Best Western hotel. BW can be hit or miss, and this one hits. The lobby is welcoming, the bar is reasonably priced, and the taco takeout counter was really tasty. A short walk to a great Thai restaurant and various chains like Chili's.||Rooms are small, but well-appointed. Probably the coldest bathroom I've ever experienced. Leave the door open to let the rest of the room provide heat. Overall, the room was quiet and comfortable. ||We'll stay here again when in Tempe.

NillHow this hotel is rated 3 stars I don't understand. This is a really nice place, located within walking distance of Mill Ave. They have great amenities for the price. The taco restaurant is delicious, and our bartender Jay was very personable. Loved our stay!

★★★★★Fantastic BW hotel in a great location. Loved the hotel, the room, and the staff was very good as well. The best part? The rooftop provides fantastic views of the city and mountains and planes landing at Sky Harbor. The hotel also has food, alcohol, and coffee options. Definitely recommend this hotel.

NillI must say, I was surprised. Rooms seem new, everything super clean, their shampoo and conditioner are from Drybar company, which is amazing. Parking is only $11 a day It's not the fanciest, but it's clean and simple and has everything I needed.
