We come to Yuma and stay while we get dental work in Algodones. We call it a dental vacation This hotel is reasonably priced, pet friendly and has a continental breakfast in the morning. The desk staff is very nice and helpful. 2 things we didn't like: 1 was the sink is in the bathroom and not next to the mirror and vanity table. No place to put your toothbrush or face wash on the stand alone sink. 2 was the tv. Remote is hard to work and there wss a poor selection of English speaking channels. All in all, average but decent hotel .

I had a great time. The pool area is absolutely beautiful. The water is a bit cold, but that's to be expected since it's not summer quite yet. The breakfast was great. They make fresh eggs and have waffle makers to make your own waffles and toast also. They even have cereals and oatmeal and lots of juice options. It was well worth the price. They are very attentive and make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. Our AC in the room worked really good. I will definitely be coming back.

Our room 152 was on 32nd and was very noisy, and smelled funny when we arrived. Found 2 dead cockroach adults, plus 1 baby. Went to Walmart to buy cockroach spray and bait. Apparently, they are trying to address the issue, as 2 adults were dead and baby near that. Beds comfortable heater/AC seemed fairly new. We cleaned the 2 filters and things started smelling better. Shower stall curtain rod mounted too far out, every shower left floor wet. Breakfast good, help worked hard to keep it running smooth. Other than cockroaches, it was nice.

A step by step scam the more you click for a reservation. (See the pictures). Apart from that they cook your eggs for you so can you imagine the line up of people waiting for the eggs in the morning and you're only allowed 2 eggs per person even if I'm alone in the room, i paid for 2 people, i can't have 4 eggs. The room was fine with 5 mirrors i wonder why. Plenty of restaurants close by. Nice little gym with weights

One of the best stays in a motel I have ever had. Senia and Monica were wonderful and very accommodating. My king bend was super comfy and clean. My room was spacious. I look forward to coming back here when I am in Yuma again.

This is an old motel that was probably very nice when it was built. This is a 2-story L-shaped building that sits on a busy street corner. So there is an “inside” which has some parking and a swimming pool. That would be the relatively quiet side. I was on the “outside” which faced the streets. Not good. One street is the original main highway through Yuma which is now called Business Interstate 8. Cars were noisy, drivers doing peel-outs, motorcycles blasting through, etc.||I had a second floor room which has a room floor that went up and down then up and down like nothing I’ve ever seen. It’s like the building is falling down. The dresser and a table had wedges underneath their legs to keep them from wobbling. Both night stands had double drawers. Both drawers of one nightstand were opened into the room. You’d push the drawers close and they’d come right back out again. One of the drawers from the dresser was also like that: it was hanging out the whole time I was there. I have never seen a floor so irregular in my entire life. ||The bathroom was small with just a pedestal sink. Fortunately just outside of the bathroom was a counter space so you could stage what you needed for the bathroom as needed. The room was like one of those “vortex” tourist traps with the weird floors.||The WIFI was really balky and I could not connect. The desk clerk told me to try any of the other “SSID” WIFIs and one of them worked. Don’t be afraid to ask if you are having problems with your WIFI there.||I’m giving this a “2” because of the road noise, screwy floor, problematic WIFI but the room was clean and the continental breakfast did have eggs and fruit which is better than the carbohydrates that you often get with these lower-end lodging properties.||If you just have to stay here only do so if you can get a first floor room (concrete foundations might be level) facing the inside area away from the two adjacent streets.

Second we got here it was nice, no weird smell, but one score down was one of the mattresses below the other had a orange-red drip stain when my mother checked, including the corner of the mattress as well. Likely that there may have been a crime scene, including the stain on the lamp next to the window in room 108. (Also found a sterile needle cup on the ground.), and we did change rooms to resolve the issue.

Very nice clean hotel with excellent staff, Senia at front desk is always pleasant and extremely efficient. She seems to be able to handle anything and always with a smile. I've stayed there off and on for past 8 years and she is always there. Thanks for a pleasant stay.
