Knights Inn Yuma

Room was clean and had been updated (bathroom had not been updated). It was right on the main drag so lots of restaurants within an easy walk. Unfortunately being on the main drag there was road noise. An excellent value at this price point.

This was clean and conveniently located for us to go into Mexico for dental. Knights Inn staff was very accommodating for our needs. We needed a check in time hours before check in at 7 am, so we could drop our dogs in the ac while we went to the dentist across the border. Instead of charging us for another full day like many places do they charged us $25. Then it turned out we had to return to the dentist the following morning at 10, not knowing if we would be back in time for check out they extended it for us until 1, with no charge. We were back just before 1 & really appreciated the friendly staff. Will stay here again when we need to come back to the dentist.

Positive: They had rooms at the last minute for $20 off Negative: There was plaster missing in the bathroom wall. The television was awful and they really could use coffee.

Horrible the bathroom in room 119 leaked so bad that it literally soaked the carpet . Loud noises all through out the night .

The first time I stayed there was over a decade ago. Run by a Gujarati family, the entire family is at work there. If you want a quick coffee and a donut, it offers you that in the morning. Back then, I stayed five nights for $150! What a deal. Back then, most small motels around the 24th were in the $30-$50 range. Now you pay at least double that if not triple. Then again, in Yuma, real estate prices have gone up by that much. As they say, in real estate three things are important: Location, location and location. If you are visiting Yuma for the regional medical center, this is as good as it gets. It is very centrally located. All sorts of eating options are within a few hundred yards.

The rooms were not that clean and the rooms did not look big at all like it is in a better picture the room I got was disgusting bathroom disgusting it was not a very clean room

If you have a choice, stay elsewhere. Lots of issues,all of them not good except cheap price.
