Super 8 by Wyndham Yuma

We were in town for a funeral and last minute booking. Management charged for a child under 18 even though per your own policy children under 17 are free. 2 children are free should not matter if they are part of the initial reservation that THE MANAGER booked for us. He did not confirm who was in the party at time of booking over the phone he never asked. We got there late at night. He waited until my disabled mother checked out to tell her he was charging her for another child. Please do better. Will not be back.

Perfect! Clean, cheap, quiet, short walk to multiple businesses (including an In-N-Out 👍), comfortable, and the perfect temperature. Couldn’t ask for anything more. I see a few people giving bad reviews because of their breakfast. It’s a continental breakfast folks not a cuisine. Great place to stay, would recommend to anyone. UPDATE: If you want to sit in the lobby and eat breakfast, they force you to listen to the news. I asked them to change it, because I don’t wanna listen to political crap or some local nut job torturing and killing dogs, but they wouldn’t change the channel (even though nobody was watching it). Subtracting one star for that BS.

Horrible guest relations. As a Wyndham platinum elite member I have to say that staff at this hotel were completely disingenuous and disrespectful at every turn during our 5 night stay in Yuma. They are so openly transparent in this dishonest behavior a child could easily determine they were being lied to.

This is the one of the nicest super 8 I have stayed at. The price was right the rooms had comfortable beds and the staff was all really amazing and kind. Pet friendly hotel. Lots of parking and it’s secure they lock the side entrances you can leave out of them but coming back into the hotel after 11 pm you have to go through the front door.

Positive: Centrally located in Yuma. From the motel if I have business anywhere in the city it's a short drive. Very convenient. Negative: No, I gave it 10 stars because it wasn't an expensive hotel but for the money it's a good value.

I've stayed here twice now. 2 nights each time. I visit my mother in law who's living in an assisted senior home nearby. My wife and I come every 6 weeks approximately. Affordable lodging is a must, but not compromising cleanliness for it is important. My king-size bed was very comfortable. Super 8 is worth checking out. All the staff has been professional and super friendly, courteous, and attentive. At the front counter, I've dealt with Kayla both times. What a charming people person to greet you. I could go on and on, but just try this place. I'll be back again soon. Thanks, Super 8

Positive: Coffee, tea and ice water are always available in the lobby. Negative: The jacuzzi is broken. The walls and or connecting door were so thin people talking in the next room kept me up past 1 am. Also no housekeeping was provided on the 2nd day.

It's a basic hotel, but over the top service and great staff. The owner accommodated our early checkin request for my disabled dad to be able to rest. He and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean, showers easily accessible and.in room amenyio to date and work well. Along with a great little outdoor oasis. Close to shopping and several restaurants, safe parking, and pet friendly We will definitely be back and recommend to anyone looking for a quiet economical stay.
