Solis Place

We really enjoyed our stay at Solis Place. Convenient and quick check-in. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a small kitchen with a set of dishes. Good cleaning. Quiet neighbors. Convenient location: close to the airport and the city center. There are cafes and restaurants nearby. Wonderful and hospitable hosts. We recommend this place and will definitely come back to live here on our next visit to San Diego! Thank you!

Staying here was probably one of the best decisions I could've made for my stay in San Diego. For starters the customer service is great and the property manager is easy to reach if you need anything. These rooms are also affordable, especially for such a good location in the middle of San Diego. It is relatively close to the airport and is within walking distance of several local shops and restaurants which was very convenient as I flew here and don't have a personal vehicle. Checking in was so easy and the instructions are easy to understand. They are also very accommodating and let me check in early which was a lifesaver. The rooms are clean and tidy — the shower has great water pressure and the rooms come with a nice vanity mirror and closet. The rooms also come with all the essentials, including a fridge, utensils, cups, and plates. I also forgot to bring my body wash with me but luckily they had a 3 in 1 readily available and unlike most hotels/ motels, they have actual hand soap and not just a bar of soap. There's also a great view of San Diego from the second floor of the building. Anyways I would highly recommend that anyone visiting San Diego stays here. Solis Place exceeded my expectations!

Excellent stay, will be staying here again when I return to San Diego. Food within walking distance, quiet area, 5 minute walk to Old Town. Street parking almost always available. Friendly owner, great place to stay.

Don't try contact them, they never answer emails or phone calls. I'm trying to contact them to get my deposit back for more than a month and no feedback.
