This was my first of hopefully many stays! Location, room size, cleanliness were all fantastic. The best part... the staff! Lori and Tony couldn't be more personable, helpful, and fun. They provided me with local knowledge about restaurants and fun things going on around the city. Great spot!

Great central location downtown Santa Rosa. Small boutique hotel. Nespresso machines in the rooms, comfy beds with lots of pillows, great lighting, robes and slippers & a wireless charging pad. Street parking was cheap and easy. Only complaints would be them charging a resort fee & for the most basic breakfast ever.. packaged pastries and yogurt. Otherwise, highly recommend.

In town so everything is walkable. Front desk was willing to help us find things to do. So much so she emailed ideas. Rooms were nice and breakfast was healthy.

My wife and I and our dog stayed at the Art House Hotel from February 14th to February 16th. We had booked a Pet-Friendly King Studio. Oh my gosh! What a great room! It was so large, roomy, and comfortable. Everything looked new. The kitchen had everything we would ever need for cooking: refrigerator/freezer, full size electric oven, big microwave oven, dishwasher, and a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine. Wow! The room main room had the kitchen, a dining table, and an entertainment area with two couches. There was plenty of closet space. The bedroom was separated from the main room by pocket doors. The bed and pillows were so comfortable! More closet space and a safe in the bedroom. The bathroom (off the entry hall) was nice and roomy and well-equipped. The staff is supremely welcoming. We had nice chats with them throughout our stay. The staff is available 24/7 for any special requests or information. They are outstanding. The location is walking distance to a number of good restaurants and bars. The neighborhood is great for walking a dog. The garage is secure with card key entry. When you book your stay, reserve a parking space in advance. Otherwise, there were many places to park on the street. A continental breakfast was served every morning in the guest lounge, and there were nice chairs and also a wooden bar counter and bar stools. I loved having the Nespresso coffee. If you know, you know. A great place to stay. They are running a special through 2025 with discounted prices to celebrate their reopening. We will definitely stay there again! I would post my photos, but the website has much better photos. The pictures do not lie. Really nice.

The Art House Apartments, located in Santa Rosa, California, is a modern, stylish building with fully furnished studio and one-bedroom apartments in a hotel setting. It has a bright lobby and guest lounge and is two short blocks from Court House Square. The rooms are beautifully appointed with a comfortable, modern flair. Full kitchens are included with the one-bedroom apartments with a wonderful assortment of teas and coffee. You also have a designated workspace in your room. After enjoying a day of shopping and eating at one of the many bistros and restaurants in and around the square, enjoy a cocktail in the lounge before you venture out for dinner. Be sure to go to one of the many microbreweries in the square or a short distance from it. Many have live entertainment. When your day is done, your room has a luxurious bed you will fall in love with.

Stayed here several months ago in need of a hotel for a night as we were moving to Santa Rosa and our belongings hadn't arrived yet from the movers. Never ever again. Whoever owns this place is NOT in the hospitality business....everything about the "rooms" and the entire experience is someone's afterthought. We couldn't even take a shower due to nearly nonexistent water pressure, and I get the whole California water restrictions....but the homeless guy outside had better water pressure from the sprinklers. Also, be warned...the area is VERY dicey at night with addicts.

I literally thought I was dreaming every night. The beds and pillows are goose down extremely exquisite. What a great experience of a clean atmosphere and superb service. I'm really glad this place was booked it exceeded most 4 star places I've stayed at. Updated furniture, accents, wine, cheese, grapes happy hour. I was only there 3 days but it felt as if I was home the entire time. The room dons a 50" smart tv with desk and actual soaking tub, what an experience. Loved it. 1000%

Great hotel, great location, and the nicest staff! Huge elegantly furnished rooms with amazing windows and fun modern art on the walls. Beds with giant down pillows were amazing. We loved the robes and slippers, which seem rare in hotels lately. Our room had a kitchen, which we didn’t use because we were in town for Christmas with family, but I was amazed at how well outfitted it was. Staff as I say was incredibly nice--special shout out to Ruth at the front desk, who couldn’t do enough for us. The lobby does look kind of sparse, but the place is brand new and I was told some of their furniture orders are delayed with the supply chain backups. Didn’t both us a bit because we loved everything else. We will definitely be back and highly recommend!
