NillGot an invitation for two nights at their new resort/hotel. Grand opening we arrived early at 1:00 p.m. attempted to check in they told me to come back at 4:00 p.m. Went did a little gaming, lost... Upon returning to check-in I was politely asked if I received a phone called stating my reservation was cancelled? Then given a card to call Christina. Our party and approximately 80 other parties, also were informed their rooms were cancelled. What a bummer. Having plans to bring in the New Year in a safe place, enjoying playing slots. The reason explained to us was a pipe broke, they had to close off 80 rooms. I had called daily for three days to confirm the room...No Answer calls were directed to a beep leave your message. Maybe thus was a publicity stunt to build up revenue they spent building the hotel. Unsat !!!!

★★★★★We love your new little hotel. The rooms are beautifully appointed, ours had a coffee pot, micro wave and fridge. They are small, but pretty much have everything you need for a couple of days stay. Bathrooms were nice sized. Staff very friendly and helpful. We enjoy playing at Bronco Billies, it's a fun and friendly place. On our next visit, we will definitely stay here. I have back issues, so doing the back stairs was a lot easier than doing the front ones. Outside there is a patio set and pretty fountain with flowers.

NillThis review is to be helpful. My experience is not a pleasant one but, I'm going to try and be fair. First: the hotel room was tiny and cute. It was a uncomfortable small space. The room was clean and fresh though a (plus) No microwave or refrigerator, so couldn't heat up coffee, and couldn't put our food from dinner in the cool, which was bad because there was sour cream and ice cream cheese cake and tomato pasta. The worst thing was the shower! I was burned twice! The water kept going from cold to hot. There was a weak water pressure (which is probably what saved me from getting burned badly) Because of the way the shower is set up I couldn't rinse my hair and body normally. I had to rinse one limb at a time. I could go on but honestly...it was just awful. (MANAGEMENT/) WHOMEVER IT MAY CONCERN) Please for future customer's, if you do anything with this review... please fix this issue will the shower. My husband came to gamble, I came to relax in the room. This room I believe is not meant for this. You can hear everything through the walls. There is no space for your stuff, no shelving. I won't stay here again. Not this side. I stayed at their other hotel room across the street and it was great.

NillMy first time at the Casino & hotel was super fun. The rooms are comfy & quiet. You can get anywhere in town from here. The service was exceptional & the food was delicious. The cheeseburger & fries were so good that I went to tell the kitchen how much i enjoyed it Clean and sanitary, masks are required when not eating or drinking. Im definitely going back.

NillReally went down hill the past couple years. Decided to have a nice getaway and stay at the hotel, the room is way too small and the bed was so uncomfortable we couldn’t sleep. The springs were completely shot and it was a horrible night for both of us. The point system isn’t great at all. Ever since new ownership we leave $500+ in the hole. Can never win anymore. Really sad to see what bronco Billy’s has come to. Don’t recommend. Go to another casino.

NillNothing exciting to report here. You come to gamble and then leave when you lose lol. The casino is clean inside. I did not really interact with employees there so can't give a fair rating on that piece.

★★★★★We enjoy staying at Bronco Billy's. The rooms are very nice and clean. This time we had a room overlooking main street. I enjoyed watching the comings an goings. The rooms are in a turn of the century hotel on the second floor. The rooms are modern and up to date but small. The hotel is very quiet. This part of the property is the old hotel and is about one-half block from the casino. We are always treated very well at Bronco Billy's and their restaurants have great food and we enjoy the gaming. The rooms and meals are very reasonably priced. This is a great place to come and enjoy||for a long weekend or a few days during the week. I would recommend a reservation||a couple of weeks ahead of time.||It is a nice place for a couples get-away.

NillGreat service!!! We stayed in the hotel building that is separate from the casino. The room was clean and neat. Has a rustic feel from the old days. At the casino the waiters were attentive and constantly offered a drink. Restaurant food was delish and waiters were awesome. I had no luck gambeling but enjoyed playing. Had a great weekend at Bronco Billy's!! Thanks, to BB staff!
