Best Western Greeley

My family and I traveled to Greeley in January for a volleyball tournament prior to booking a room in this hotel. I had booked a room across the street at another hotel. When we arrived the first hotels water line broke, causing the pool to be unusable. Thankfully, they were Not difficult to cancel the room without paying for it. However, we were in some of a Bind across the street was the Best Western. I've always had good experiences with Best Western so I went online. Found the room booked it for roughly the same cost as their first room I had paid for. We went over and checked in everything seemed fine. We went to our tournament came back later. That evening got ready for bed and went to bed for the next 5 and a 1/2 hours. The room above us sounded like literally. Elephants were running around in the room. It was the most obnoxious loud up too unsoundproofed room i've ever stayed in in my entire touring career. I went to the front desk three separate times asking for the front management to speak with the people above us. He informed me that it traveling hockey team had booked rooms and that who's above us. He stated that he spoke with their coach and asked their coach. To ask them to calm down, we did not get any reprieve until roughly three thirty in the morning. The next morning I went to the front desk and checked out. I asked to speak with the manager. He said that the manager would be in later that afternoon I left him my name in my phone number 2 days later. I received a phone call from the management team offering a week apology and a 10% discount on the next time. I wanted to stay in that hotel. For the record I don't want anything for free. However ten percent off a poorlyFor the record I don't want anything for free. However, 10% off a poorly built. Hotel in a town that smells like Cow dung no thank you. Best Western Houston advice build your buildings. Better better soundproofed in offer a better resolve to a A guest who had a very Poor experience in one of your hotels.

Clean bathroom Great customer service, and they were able to provide me with an affordable room that was clean and spacious. Great pillows are very supportive as well as the king-sized mattress. They provide a full continental breakfast that's included with the room. So, right away, they are committed to saving you and me money and provide convenience by eliminating the need to hunt down a good breakfast place.

Loud rooms with highway right next to hotel. Depends on the front desk staff if they give water. Breakfast is always the same, if you stay a lot. Gym is pretty good.

Let’s start with the good. Easy check in and all that, very friendly. Room is pretty standard, clean, bathroom is a good size and shower is just fine. There is a microwave and a larger sized mini fridge if you need it. And the AC works great! Location was fine for where we needed to go. The bad? Beds are much much firmer than I’d like, walls are super thin and you can hear the people above you walking around, you can even hear if someone is showering. Breakfast options are standard, although the eggs were weird and the waffles weren’t good, they had a texture of not being cooked fully while fully being cooked! The dining room is ridiculously tiny, only a few tables and everyone was packed in there. I honestly don’t know what happens when the hotel is full. For the price that I paid for the night, I expected more as this seemed pretty expensive even though we booked way in advance. I read a lot of reviews and people said great things. We’ve stayed in a lot of much cheaper hotels that exceeded my expectations. There are a few things that I think are important in my hotel stays and this one just fell short.

Updated hotel, great staff, the rooms were very clean and nice, the bed weren’t the most comfortable but I’ve had worse. Next door to an ihop restaurant. The walls are a little thin

This is an excellent hotel with exceptional employees. Used this location 4 times in 1.5 yrs and the quality has been consistent. Rooms, service, breakfast and ammendities are all top shelf. Parking and lighting is excellent. Charging station if you need one. I reccomend!

Not you normal Best Western ... Great service, Great rooms, Great location and Clean ... bed are a good firm which is great for my back ...

Positive: The cleanliness and the carrying staff. Negative: The free breakfast was very nice, but the food often very cold in temperature.
