Honestly one of the better motels I’ve been to. The kitchen area has places to store things and obviously cook. The fridge is big so you have more space than a normal mini fridge. The receptionist ladies are super friendly. ITS NOT DIRTY! They keep the rooms well kept. This motel is great for long stays and, for the price and, it’s gated and, in a great area and, quiet!!!! I have no problems with anyone who stays here and I have little children. Don’t be fooled by the haters reviewing here! It’s not perfect but truly not a bad stay at all.

Hotel and room was nothing like the photos, place was disgusting. The room had weird stains everywhere, unfinished trim, and visible wiring. Smelled heavily like smoke for a non-smoking room. The keycard to the first room we were given did not work and the door looked like it had been kicked in. The metal plate on the door that held the card reader was caved in. Did not feel safe. So we went to the lobby to ask for a new key, they did not want to put in the effort to walk to the room check on the door, so they assigned us a new room and that is the room I described above (1st paragraph). All the while, people were staring at us from the balconies and security was going room to room banging on the doors. There were broken down cars in the parking lot. Did not feel safe. We attempted to cancel our stay and get a refund which was unsuccessful. The staff had left the premises and so we decided not to stay and we left the keycard in the drop box and left. Do not recommend.

The whole place is disgusting. The elevator is nasty and smells horrible. The room.was big and the bed was comfortable but that's about the only positive. The floors look like they haven't been cleaned. There is still pee spots in front of the toilet and more dirty liquid (dried) spots in the bedroom. The AC was broken sitting on the floor. The dresser is being held together by screws as well. This hotel was by far the nastiest I've ever been to.

This place is a joke. The staff is rude every time I've come in and every time there is an issue they blow it off or blame something else like the weather or whatever to not deal with it in anyway. The rooms are disgustingly dirty and you'll be lucky to not have the cops outside at 2 in the morning with the rest of the neighborhood watching. But price could be better for the service and quality of the rooms. Honestly if they cleaned the rooms it wouldn't be that bad but geeze they obviously can't clean or care about it much to hire people that do care

Rooms could use some TLC and deep cleaning other than that… The rooms are huge! 1 bedroom apartment size. Location is superb. What this place lacks in amenities is made up with outstanding customer service. Absolutely no issues here. I always enjoy my visits here.

Reserved a suite last Sunday (May 18) for Friday night (May 23). Half an hour before I got to the hotel with my children and mother in law, I got an email saying my reservation had been canceled. When I called the front desk to figure out what was going on, the guy working claimed we never had a reservation. Not only did they cancel our room, but they also kept our payment. Will never book a stay at a Red Roof again. We booked under my husbands name and I have screenshots to prove we had a reservation which was canceled by the hotel the night of.

I have photos of the roaches I found in my room here. If you have the money to stay anywhere and I mean anywhere else, it's better than this. Front desk attend is rude, the manager is nice. But when I walked in my room it was uncleaned, at least the bed was made. Never sign one of those contracts and expect to even receive your deposit back. Seriously the shadiest place I've ever stayed!

Cheapest Place In Lakewood Without Any Drama ..Rooms Are Big And Clean .Mgt Does Not Bother Anybody ..Lots Of Single Parents With Kids And Dogs. Safe Gated Parking Lot. Very Quiet At Night. No Drug Dealers Bed Bugs Or Hookers That Ive Seen Like On Colfax ...I Have No Complaints
