Hilton Garden Inn Longmont

First of i was greeted by a very friendly and helpful employee, who helped me find a room late at night after another local hotel cancelled my reservation on me. Very clean and safe facility. My room was spotless, everything seemed new and well maintained. AC worked great. The hotel is located in a very convenient spot also.

Very great experience! Room was clean, check in was easy, staff was friendly and helpful. I was at a conference and the conference room was excellent, and food service good. Behind the hotel is a walking path and canal, which was nice for moving after a day of sitting in a conference. It is well situated, close to food and groceries. A couple of things I wish were different: no breakfast service included, all food is for sale only. Room service is only every other day.

Welcoming atmosphere as soon as we entered lobby. Very well decorated, clean, open, comfortable lobby, rooms & restaurant / bar. Fitness room & pool area were not used with a short stay, but quite appealing. A quaint historic downtown is driving distance, chain shops are walking distance. Walking trail behind hotel along a stream was relaxing & beautiful. We will return!

I have stayed at this location multiple times as an honor member. This will be the last time. I continue to be disappointed with the service, cleanliness, and rudeness of the staff. The unprofessionalism is mind blowing, the rooms are filthy and smell half the time. The don’t do anything if there are noisy neighbors. They answer the phone annoyed and I’ve even been hung up on. There are plenty of other hotels in this area that a just as convenient as the others. I do not recommend this establishment. I would definitely reconsider staying here. I won’t be back.

Came here for a business trip and had a great experience. I wanted to do a special thanks to Gladys at the front desk. She helped me with my late check in and she was amazing. Gladys is the kind of person you want representing your business. Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was very good with hot options. Overall a very nice stay.

Everything great but why are you charging me 16 dollars for a very cookie cutter low quality hotel breakfast buffet? If I'm paying 16 dollars for a meal I better have an actual menu and not have to get the food myself. I'm just mad that I got up in the morning and walked right past the " you have to pay $16 for our terrible breakfast buffet" sign and got suckered into paying for something terrible. Rooms are clean and staff is super friendly.

I also wanted to let you know that you had one team member who worked at the bar on Saturday. I think her name was Brooke and she was the Saturday bartender. She was wonderful. I had an issue with my daughter losing her first tooth and us not having something to put under her pillow (we didn't have coins, and it was after the banks had closed). Brooke went and found a special coin to give to us to put under her pillow which helped save the day for us. She went above and beyond, and my wife and I really appreciated what she did. Please let her and her manager know that she did a great job and made my daughter's first tooth very special. Jamal

We usually stay at another brand when visiting Longmont as we have points with the other brand. We were unhappy with the cleanliness of those other hotels so we tried the Hilton Garden Inn. It is clean, well-appointed and the staff is very friendly. A great overall value. Nice food options and a beautiful bar which is nice for a nightcap! We will definitely be back
