Best Western Sundowner

We stayed for 10 days this past February while visiting our son who is in college at Northeastern. We were visiting from Canada and Brian at the front desk made everything from our booking, to our check in and took all the time needed to answer all our questions about the town. Brian and his staff over the 10 days made our stay feel like home. The house keeping staff and the people who took care of breakfast were awesome too! Great selection of food to choose from every morning. We will be looking at booking more stays with Brian and the Best Western.

Traveled with kids. The fastest hotel check in ever since they have the option to pre check in option. We had the family suite and it was large and spacious for all 5 of us. The staff were so nice and the breakfast was… AMAZING! We booked this same day and were very impressed.

I'm not giving it five stars because of the service, although everyone was helpful and cheerful. I'm not giving it five stars because of the room quality, although it was quite comfortable, well-maintained, with robust wifi. I'm not giving it five stars because of location, even though it is very handy from the interstate and just three minutes away from my business being conducted downtown. ||I'm giving it five stars because of the stellar breakfast. The eggs were fluffy and delicious, the sausage very tasty, and along with biscuits, they offered both delectable sausage gravy AND green chili for smothering. One of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. Gave me a great start to the morning.||You got it clicking on all fronts here. Keep up the good review.

Our car broke down outside of Sterling and we had to have an extended stay. Ryan at the front desk is super professional and made our stay affordable and comfortable. I work in the travel industry and really appreciated the hospitality we received. A great Best Western property!

We stopped here for a quick night, as we were driving through and were honestly very impressed! The room was so clean, the bed was comfortable, there was a solid breakfast and very friendly service. The outdoor space was also perfect for our dog. Would definitely stop here again!

Extremely convenient to I-76. Some rooms have exterior doors for easy access to your vehicle. Minimal road noise. Free breakfast was well attended to. Beds very average. Clean. But, several furnishings are worn. Rooms a bit noisy. Very basic, rather inexpensive accomodations.

The night before New Year’s Eve driving back from the holidays to Colorado our car broke down outside of Sterling. Not only was it easy to get a room but the service was so wonderful here. The accommodated our needs and it was a comfortable safe place to rest our head. And not only that, the next morning after being screwed over by a tow company, the front desk attendant went above and beyond to take care of us while we waited. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay if you are in town or needing to relax during a stressful situation. Thank you!

Bed was comfortable after a long day on the road, staff is very professional and courteous. Breakfast available with all the regular options. Many eating options a short drive away. Easy quick highway access, with several gas stations near by.
