Apple Inn and Suites

It's been over a year since we stayed at that Motel it was myself my son two dogs and a friend we were there almost a year waiting to get our apartment the owner is great their maintenance man is right on it so is the owner and I know it hasn't changed maybe the people at the desk have changed are the maids but I know he keeps his service smooth and if you have any problems and you're a good tenant he's right there for you he notifies you of everything he's going to do he doesn't do anything behind your back and if there's an emergency in your room and you're not there he has every right to go into a room and take care of it and put you in another room we got our deposit back after 8 months two dogs and three people it was an amazing day I felt very comfortable and safe there no drug addicts no homeless running around it's safe it's affordable and if you have any problems they'll take care of it so people saying that the owner and the maintenance aren't doing their job correctly are full of it the rooms are very clean I don't know about the desk staff anymore or the maids but I do know the owner and the maintenance man take care of that place and make sure it's taken care of so go there have a nice day but if you cause problems you're going to get out because everybody else has a right to peace and quiet

The man at the front desk was EXTREMELY rude. he quick to YELLING at myself and other guests. And when I attempted to calmly inquire about a book I had left in the room when checking out. He threatened to call the cops on me. I'm not sure what kind of people he is used to dealing with but I'm pretty sure that's not the way it should be handled... Also, never got my book back..

Right off the highway and close to restaurants and shopping and the staff is great. I was impressed by the rooms it's not the Hilton but definitely got my money's worth I would definitely recommend.

Extremely unsafe. They gave us a key to a room and when it was open there was a man in the room sleeping! He screamed at us and slammed the door in our face. When we told the front desk they gave us a new room that had a broken lock! Very sketchy cars were seen driving around late looking at every car. When we tired to get a refund they denied everything! We were very close to being assaulted or killed and they do not care. The manager has no empathy or care for the safety of the people who stay here. DO NOT BOOK! Not to mention the rooms look and smell horrible.

Friend rented a room here for 4 months while he found an apartment. They sprayed his room for bedbugs without his knowledge and did not inform him of the poisonous chemicals he was inhaling until 8 hours later! The room did not have bedbugs in it, but other rooms around his did. They then charged him an erroneous $50 upon checkout that was not explained. The owner needs to learn American laws. I am encouraging my friend to take legal action against this owner who runs this motel and does not know American laws. We have rights here buddy.

If I could give -0 I really would what’s wrong with motel in my honest opinion the whole property should be torn down - Health inspectors should condemn it. Let’s start with the huge RATS running around , they are so bad they have dug holes and at night you see them running crazy in packs.The room has bugs, roaches, fleas and of course bed bugs- the room is a box with all outdated things - hard nasty bed - sheets and blankets have never been changed since the opening of the motel - have a good 6 channels, don’t dare let that man charge you a deposit the room is already filled with crack and cigarette smoke and to top it all off if you overcharged us - the website clearly says $65 a night why he charge is $120 a night . Scam Scam Scam- Shame on you

READ THE REVIEWS YOURSELF! B.Mcelvy another reviewer and myself unfortunately lived at this establishment for a period of years. Myself almost 3 years and paid this man 40k, that’s right 40 thousand dollars on top of raising my family of 4. While working for him in the office getting paid UNDER minimum wage until my last two paychecks one of which he still has possession of. I finally left & I get served with papers for stealing his microwave, which was mine and his comforter which I had my own bedding since our first week. What a great guy huh? Even his responses to these reviews are all generic and tell you to speak to him directly, once you do he will make it your fault, you brought the filth or roaches with you or put on a jacket or open a window. This is not someone who is professional or cares about people staying at his establishment. The reviews really say it all! Nicolas Chin the owner/general manager cares about money and how much he can get. He prays on people at their most vulnerable. He does not care about how clean or good of a hotel he’s running. APPLE INN IS NOT WORTH ONE RED CENT! It would be better to camp on the sidewalk out front. Spend the extra money unless you like any of the following! Rooms not clean, No privacy, bed bugs, cockroaches, drug dealers, people nodding out, alcoholic “tenants” AND staff who yell at guests and use profanity. The pool hasn’t been in use for years. Hot water fluctuates and he decides when the A/C & heat go on and off for the season, often leaving guests uncomfortable in all weather. He also had a known fentanyl dealer and his entire “family” living there and doing fentanyl in room 244. It should be uninhabitable, not rented until further construction/cleaning is done but he has since rented this very room to several guests! How scary!! If you do choose this hotel, STAY WITH CAUTION! Just don’t do it! Comfort inn and holiday inn are worth the extra money!!!!

This place is horrible they have bed bugs and there is no heat in the rooms. They give my husband and I a space heater. We didn’t even stay in that horrible room for 1 hour that’s how bad it is. No apologies no nothing. We couldn’t even get our money back money down the drain. And we traveled from Pennsylvania. I learned my lesson never to stay at a place you never heard off. They talking about they give 50% back they just give me my security deposit back that is mine I'm entitled to that anyway. They don't have cable. This place is nasty sheets have hair on them. I hope everyone reads the comments and listen do not stay here. staff are rude. If I could of give them a 0 please know that 000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 would definitely be there rating. They just taking ppls money rip offs.
