Excellent Stay with an Impressive Gym I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. What stood out the most was the gym—it’s incredibly well-equipped, especially for a hotel gym. If fitness is a priority for you, you won’t be disappointed. It does get quite busy between 6-8 AM on weekdays, but outside of peak hours, it’s a fantastic space to work out. Overall, a great experience!

This location was convenient for a short visit to Atlanta. We were pleased overall. Our check-in was handled efficiently (after a long travel day) and our room was spacious and a nice exterior view. The bathroom was laid out nicely; a large sink counter and a great shower. The valet staff was attentive with our car each time. We used the exercise room several times and it was always clean and had plenty of towels. Breakfast on the 10th floor was very good. Had drinks at the Tesserae restaurant/bar and good wonderful service from Melissa and Fiona. Both were very friendly and professional. Was able to have a second conversation with Ernest (maitre'd). He seemed very concerned about us having an enjoyable experience. There are lots of places to go shopping nearby (hotel has a car service) and restaurant options.

Absolutely recommend! Excellent place to stay, thanks to its overall cleanliness, the professional and friendly team members and the room itself. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The in-house restaurant on the 10th floor was outstanding (thanks to Jeff our terrific server!), and the delicious food both at night and our breakfast. We’re definitely staying here again!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Thompson Hotel in Buckhead! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The hotel’s design is modern and chic, with a cozy yet upscale vibe that made me feel right at home. My room was spacious, immaculately clean, and had breathtaking views of the Atlanta skyline. The amenities were top-notch — the rooftop bar is a must-see, offering incredible cocktails and a lively atmosphere. The location is perfect too, with plenty of dining and shopping options within walking distance. One of the highlights was the hotel's house car service, which was perfect for getting us to and from the shops and dinner. It made everything so convenient and stress-free! The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, and I truly felt pampered the entire time. If you're looking for a luxurious stay with exceptional service in the heart of Buckhead, the Thompson Hotel is the place to be! Highly recommend!

Friendly and professional staff. I stayed as part of the Fine Hotels+Resorts from Amex, and I was acknowledged. The lady explained the benefits and some of the hotel's benefits/amenities as well. So, it is safe to say that they understand the program and are ready to cater to such guests. The valet crew was on top of things, friendly, and always ready to bring the car in a timely manner. They were also very friendly. ||||The property is beautiful, and my room was spectacular. It really exuded luxury, and I will say it was very sexy, too. I had a room with a view of Buckhead. I would love to come back and stay!

I was here on a work trip to visit several locations I was scouting for an upcoming work event. Ryan Hughley was my driver for the entire duration of trip. His service was exceptional, he took me to each site visit timely and safely. He also provided great restaurant recommendations. His knowledge of Atlanta was extremely valuable to my trip. It was such a wonderful experience to have such a great driver. ||||The entire hotel team has been kind friendly and welcoming. We will be booking the Thompson again when we return for our event.

Terrific spacious suite and an delicious brunch on a Sunday Morning. We used a rare night out to have a "staycation". Was treated as special guest on arrival and felt that the hotel wanted to make sure we were enjoying our special night. We felt the hotel has exceptional design and was very comfortable

I stayed here in Oct with a friend and overall the hotel was gorgeous and we had a really great time. Sadly, my friend had a pair of expensive headphones stolen (the hotel did refund her for it) and I left an expensive dress behind and called over and over and could never get anyone to let me know if they found it, which was a huge disappointment as it was brand new. I have no idea why - was it stolen or what?
