NillI had the most amazing stay at Nobu. Parking was a breeze thanks to another review -- park on P3. From there, you can take the elevator up to the lobby. I was greeted in the lobby with one rose (Valentine's Day weekend), a warm towel and cup of tea. My room was upgraded from an Executive King Room to a Premium King Room. It was a corner room that had a short hallway and full length mirror. I'm a tea drinker so I was pleasantly surprised by the electric kettle in the room. The chocolates and branded water bottles were also a nice touch. I ate at the restaurant bar for dinner and in the main dining area for breakfast the following day. They allowed me to check out late. I didn't have enough sleep leading up to my stay so I truly appreciate the kind gesture. All in all, I felt safe, valued and comfortable. The one night I was there was better than my entire birthday weekend. My only regret, is not getting the names of the staff who assisted me. I will be back!

NillThis hotel has rooms that are spacious. I was in town from Canada and the Location is great. You’re not far from the main attractions whether your catching a concert or a WNBA game. The hotel itself is really pretty. Our floor was quite high and the views were so pretty- We caught the sun going down one day. The scent they pump into the hallways is so amazing, this hotel smells so darn good!! Aside from the smell, the service is on par!Staff were really friendly and helpful. The Nobu restaurant is also a must try. It has great food and drinks. Will definitely be back!

NillOverall the hotel was nice and our stay was pleasant. Room cleanliness and condition was great. Bedding very comfortable. We appreciated having a tea kettle in the room, most hotels really cater only toward coffee drinkers. The valet service was frustrating at best (always slow/never around even when not busy) and the room service pricing was hilarious. The rooms are not well insulated for noise. We could hear everything in the hallway, and room above/below as well as any commotion or traffic noises outside. If we have to stay here again on our employers dime, no complaints. But I wouldn’t spend my own money here.

NillFront desk staff trained very well. Rooms were great, but a tad overpriced. We also dined at the Nobu restaurant and the service and quality of the food was fantastic. The servers were very professional and the food was delicious. The noise level of the restaurant however was much too loud for us. Probably a good place when you’re in a group, not great for a date.

NillStayed two nights recently for a business meeting. The hotel is definitely luxurious. However, the sleep was sub par. I expected better from a hotel of this quality. The noise from the valet station two floors below our room was quite noticeable until very late at night. The windows were not as soundproof as one might expect from such a luxurious property. In addition, the bed itself was not that comfortable and the pillows were flat and felt cheap. My neck still hurts. Finally, the AC unit in our room made loud clanking and knocking sounds when it would stop running. This happened multiple times each night. Took me until 1am of night 2 to figure out what the noise even was. At that point, too late to request a new room. The business meeting aspect of the stay was great. They did a solid job catering the food for lunch and breakfast and the other amenities were great. Service seemed really good to me as well, which sounds like an improvement from others reviews in the past!

★★★★★I was pleasantly surprised by how wonderful my staycation was. I was deciding between the Ritz and Nobu and, despite some poor reviews, I chose to give Nobu a try. Let me just say that my stay was absolutely amazing! ||I want to give a huge shoutout to the employees Miguellina, Josh, and Lady. When I first called, I spoke with Miguellina, who was incredibly sweet and welcoming. That alone put me at ease, especially since she offered a complimentary upgrade for my room. ||Upon my arrival, the valet helped me with my luggage; I didn't catch his name, but he had braids and was very friendly. When I walked in, Lady greeted me and checked me in, offering us black tea and warm hand towels! ||Thanks to Josh, I was also able to have breakfast at Nobu, which was fantastic. They truly went above and beyond. I even had to call my mother to let her know that we’re staying here for Mother’s Day! 😆 ||Thank you all for helping me celebrate this important milestone and for making sure I welcomed the New Year in the best way possible!

★★★Where to start….|All the employees I encountered were friendly and helpful…5 star.|Room - not so much…It was divided into lounge area and bedroom. The lounge area had a wide selection of beverages…both alcohol and non-alcohol. I could not find a price list anywhere….the coffee service was below the array of alcohols and poorly lit. It had a pot for tea and a Nespesso machine with tiny cups. No instructions but with such a dark area it would be risky to use. The lounge area also contained the closet. Two deep drawers at the bottom of the hanging area and a shelf and space above as well as the safe. Not a very good setup for anyone to place clothes, etc. The safe was also in the closet. Poorly lit.|No dresser or any real area for putting on makeup, etc. In either the bedroom or lounge area. A very small desk and chair with the phone and TV controller. The bed was soft and too low if one has problems standing up from a low sleeping or sitting position. The bathroom had the best lighting but the small vanity had two bowls so close together there was no room for much in the way of shaving gear, hair dryer, etc. No Towel bars, just a couple hooks in the shower. No spare TP roll………Almost forgot…two tiny nightstands by the bed with very large lamps…no room to put much on them either.|I had breakfast in the hotel. the food was okay but the menu was very limited.|Needless to say, It is not very likely I’d return even with such a great group of employees. There are issues requiring a more intelligent process for outfitting a hotel room.

NillThank you for making my business trip feel as close to a vacation as possible! I left Atlanta so excited to visit next time for pleasure. Everyone is so incredibly kind and hospitable. Quick to give fantastic suggestions on fun things to do around the city and where to have the best food. This place is incredibly gorgeous and not to miss.
