The hotel has sadly been without hot water for days, which was not great to learn at check in, however the management did reduce our rate by a bit for the inconvenience which I did appreciate. Service overall was good and the staff were friendly so I don't have any complaints there, other than wishing we were notified of the lack of hot water in advance so we could make alternate arrangements. That aside, the rooms were okay and clean for the most part, but the area near the fridge smelled a little funky and the alarm clock was weirdly sticky. Water fountains and water tap on the juice machine were also broken, which meant getting a drink of water was difficult. I usually don't expect too much from the Continental breakfasts at hotels either, but even compared to others in the same price range the selection and quality was a bit disappointing. It was mostly a lot of little things that added up over our stay and I wouldn't exactly recommend this hotel, but I do appreciate the staffs friendly service.

I have always had a positive experience with Hilton and have been a Hilton Honors member for many years, but my recent experience at the Hampton Inn Atlanta-Perimeter Center left me thoroughly disappointed, especially during a stressful time. This morning, without prior notice, our grandson had to be taken to Scottish Rite Hospital, where he was hospitalized. My wife and son were at the hospital, not knowing he would be kept overnight, and it started getting late, so I booked a room at the Hampton Inn nearby. Given the circumstances, I wanted to make sure everything was set up for my wife, who had already had a long day. I called the hotel ahead of time, as I usually do when I'm not traveling with my wife, to confirm the reservation. I spoke with a woman at the front desk, and she responded in a condescending tone, insisting that my wife would need a credit card to check in, even though my card was already on file. I asked if there was another way to accommodate her, but I was told there was no alternative. After 45 minutes on the phone with Hilton Honors, I was told to call back in an hour. Meanwhile, I attempted to check in using the digital key, as is my usual practice. However, after the 45-minute wait, the key was still pending, so I called the front desk again to check on it. I was told that the room had been blocked by Hilton, and that my wife would need to present both an ID and a credit card before being issued a key. Frustrated, I called Hilton Honors once again. After another lengthy conversation, I ended up canceling the reservation and booking a room at the hotel next door, where there were no issues. What really bothered me about this experience was the lack of empathy and understanding shown by the hotel staff. When you have a sick child at Scottish Rite and your family is in a difficult situation, the last thing you need is this kind of treatment. I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you find yourself in a similar situation. While I’ve always been a loyal Hilton Honors member, this experience has made me question whether this location is worth it in times of need.

My husband and I reserved a room at the Hampton Inn Atlanta-Perimeter Center in Atlanta, GA to attend the Notre Dame Sugar Bowl Watch Party on New Year's Day, 2025. Because of the tradegy in New Orleans that morning, we had to extend our stay one additional day at the last minute. Front desk agents Acorea and Bridget both made our stay seamless and fun. Acorea made sure that we had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay on Wednesday afternoon and evening. When Bridget came in on Thursday morning, we mentioned that we had extended our stay unexpectedly. She could not have been more gracious. She made us feel like we were at "cousin Bridget's" house for the remainder of our stay. Bridget made us feel so welcome that we really did not want to leave! In addition to our room being super comfortable and tidy, both front desk agents Acorea and Bridget made our total stay a first class experience. We will definitely stay at this hotel again!!

Management can’t be reading reviews. This hotel is my worst Hilton experience thus far. Definitely shouldn’t be affiliated with Hilton Corp. The front desk lady was rude at check in. The lobby was nasty. Furniture ripped and soiled as soon as you walk into the hotel. The rooms were gross; furniture old and damaged. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone! The pics online are not a representation of the hotel at all. In fact, the pics online can’t even be this hotel. TERRIBLE! I wish I would have taken a second to look at the reviews before I booked.

hello I checked in at the hotel yesterday (11/28/24). Today (11/29/24) I left right after breakfast and came back at 7pm and my room hadn't been cleaned, the trash hadn't been taken out and the towels hadn't been changed. Instead of paying 197.11 they charged me $272. When I asked why, the receptionist couldn't tell me why. I'm very dissatisfied with the stay and would really like a refund of the extra amount. I'll never stay at this hotel again, because it left a lot to be desired.

I'm extremely disappointed in the blatant disrespect shown to our nation. During my visit, the American flag was not only neglected, but it was also tattered and worn out. Furthermore, it was never flown at half-mast. As a symbol of our country's values and sacrifices, the flag deserves to be treated with dignity. I suggest the management consider partnering with the local Boy Scouts of America, just minutes away, to ensure proper flag etiquette and disposal. This lack of respect speaks volumes about the establishment's priorities. It reflects poorly on their regard for staff, guests, and the brave men and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. As a nation, we must remember that our liberties were earned through the blood and sweat of our heroes. Business owners, especially in the hospitality industry, should set an example by demonstrating respect for our national symbols.

I have said it before - Hilton quality and customer service is falling down with private ownership of franchise facilities. This facility front desk employee was not accommodating when seeking regular sugar for coffee in the lobby. She in fact said “We don’t have any” The closet in room had a makeshift closure that would not stay latched. Yes I reported it! I won’t go any further but to end by again saying Hilton stop franchising !!!

Positive: It was very good and pleasant stay throughout. Very good breakfast choices everyday. Good staff and great hospitality. Negative: Only thing that needs to be improved is the furnitures provided in the room which are very average/old. Otherwise it is all good.
