This property is 6 stars. The rooms were extremely clean. The entire staff was friendly. The price was on line with the quality. The bar area and room service was delicious thanks to Chris and his staff . I must commend, Stephanie Atkinson and Taylor. They went above and beyond on service. I notice they gifted the other guests with their exceptional service as well. Great job! Great attitude and genuine care that my stay was the best. I have background of over 23 years of SR level Human Resources and customer service leadership . I have stayed at many properties and this review is definitely deserved . True testament of great management.

I absolutely love staycationing here. From the Food to the Evening Reception this Embassy stands out for various reasons. Rooms are always beautiful and clean, staff is very receptive and omg all breakfast staff are phenomenal. Best breakfast buffet ever!!! Thank you so much for the amazing service I receive on every stay there!!

I came back after 4 years, everything was still great. Rooms are well equipped and spacious. Service is great. You get 2 free well drinks at the bar every night and an excellent breakfast too. You can have an omelette custom made or just graze on the well stocked buffet. I stay here every time I travel to Brunswick.

If you’re afraid of height don’t stay… lol This would have been a perfect stay if the fire alarm didn’t start blasting at like 9pm for almost 30min straight. We don’t know if someone pulled it but it was loud and random. Room was nice comfy bed small bathroom. The set up of sitting room was nice . I would recommend to stay here .

Rooms are pretty nice and comfortable. With a nice couch and large bed. Sheets etc are NOT cleaned during housekeeping which surprised me a little. There are also no standard water bottles in the room, which is not nice. People from countries outside of the US cannot drink the tap water, therefore having a bottle of water is a nice courtesy to travelers. Hotel looks nice, has a nice lobby. The access to the mall is locked off as the mall next to it is pretty deserted. Some of the staff can be a bit moody. The manager was very friendly and hospitable however.

Husband and I came after and stayed at night to get away from Hurricane Milton, Tampa. Very impressed with the hospitality of the desk staff, the complimentary drinks, and the wonderful breakfast. Best omelet I have ever had! Although the circumstances leading us here were not great, we did well. Our home is still intact and we are in the midst of clean up. ||We lucked out and the 2 pugs liked it just as well. Good place to stay.

Ok, you've read lots of reviews so I won't bore you. Here is my two cents for what it's worth. When I stay, I want a clean, fresh hotel. While they have obviously attempted an update, this is still a worn out building. They can't help the abandoned mall adjacent so I'm not knocking the property for that. My 3 stars is due to the attached photos. Mold in bathroom, green pool, bottoms of door and walls damaged etc. I also posted a pic of the nice fresh wallpaper. Trying to say they have attempted an update but it just isn't for me. Again, some nice finishes but you will see what I'm knocking it for in the attached photos. I wouldn't recommend for $171 per night. Nope.

The room layout was good and we liked the breakfast. The rooms definitely need updating. The paint was chipping and carpet was very worn.
