Holiday Inn Brunswick I-95 (Exit 38) by IHG

Our room was clean however there was mold in the shower and on the ceiling. Pretty disgusting. The attached restaurant was a nice option however we prefer a continental breakfast over restaurant style as we like to get back on the road quickly in the morning. Coffee in the lobby was not available until 6:30am.

Jake at the front desk was very kind and helpful. AC wasn’t cold in the room. Too many hairs on pillow case. Very strong chemical smell in the room. I was told some of the floors had been stripped and waxed it made for a awful night’s sleep. The Manager in the restaurant needs to smile and learn some hospitality. Fruit bowl for breakfast had very sour blueberry’s, the excuse was, they weren’t in season. Really?? Then don’t purchase them, How about tasting the food before it comes out! We travel every weekend and it seems people just don’t give a rip anymore!

Traveling on I-95 and late and night, really just in need of a clean room and a shower. Property has a Steak House built into it so it was a bit more full service than I wanted to spend for my needs. Young man at the desk understood and steered me to their sister property a few doors down with a more moderate price point. Outstanding service!

Was told it would be 84+ tax for my room for the night amd was charged 132.50 after they ran my card. There are signs about breakfast all over the place in the hotel but they do not offer any food at all they tell you to go next door to the restraunt. The night clerk was pretty rude and she made us feel very unwelcome

No one at the front desk when we came in to check in.....Desk person, a man, was not friendly... IHG hotels are normally very hospitable, but this one is the exception. Desk person did not apologize for being away, even though by the time he returned, there were 4 people waiting on him. I waited at least 15 minutes for him, but no sign was left stating when we could expect him back....very disappointing.. rooms are good though. Bed wasveryhigh which I loved and very comfortable!!!

This is an older property but reasonably well maintained. The attached restaurant is okay, nothing special. For Holiday Inn rewards members, noye you cannot charge restaurant items to your room and the breakfast voucher is only good for $10 toward your purchase not a free entrée.

Travel with caution. Avoid this place. Unclean, unprofessional, inconsiderate; Internet didn't work Elevators didn't work Fire department was almost called to get in the room. inspection for elevator EXPIRED. Holes in walls, Key cards for Doors barley work, Trash, spilled drinks, piss on the seats; Had to switch (3 rooms) & still wasn't compensated for ANYTHING. Boy oh boy did yall lose a customer FOREVER. Word is being spread, friends & family. Nobody I know will ever give yall money. & you'll never hear anything good about this company from me ever again.

We stayed one night unfortunately it was not a good one. Hair in the bathroom. When I went to use the hair dryer it felt like it had grease on it. And to top that off the Ac. Had apparently been leaking on to the carpet for all long time. Due hoW far it had spread from the AC unit. Crawling over my husband at 3 am to get up so my feet don't get wet in the middle of the night was not ideal. Do better!!! On a positive note the bed was very comfortable and the restaurant attached has great food!!
