Quality Inn

We had overnight stay. staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and looks newly renovated. It’s in a great location. Beds was really comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast. Will stay again back on our trip. Great place to stay.

Convenient location, but noisy location. That's not really a complaint. Just a heads up that if you are bothered by road noise, bring your earplugs or get a loud fan. Maybe if my hvac unit could have been set to full-time fan, it wouldn't have been so bad, but it didn't. Don't let that be a deal breaker. The room was clean and apparently bug free! Staff (owners?) are super friendly and accommodating. Reasonably priced and comfortable. Bonus for big truck parking! Maybe five stars, but I've never stayed in a 5 star hotel, but I would stay here again for sure!

Easy on and off hwy 75. Very quiet, very clean accommodations. Recently remodeled. Beds and bedding very comfy. Hot breakfast was adequate and tasty. Service both checking in and out was excellent. Plan to stay here again in our next pass through Dalton.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The location is perfect, right next to the highway, making it easy to explore nearby city. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the staff was wonderful, professional, and made our trip seamless. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to the city!

found hairs in our bed. booked 2 queen beds. the other bed smells like newly showered person was just in there and the other bed smells like the perfume of whoever used it last. we were just passing thru so we just needed a place to sleep. too tired to complain. road noise as well. paid $90 so you get what you paid for i guess. i just hope the last people who stayed did not have a flu or something.

Don't think, "This place looks okay. Sometimes it's the people leaving the reviews who are the problem". Or "$90 a night is a lot more than crappy rooms are priced". Indeed, this one is. All of the things you would expect from a crummy, dirty motel with awful plumbing are applicable. You'll pay double for the particularly unhelpful nature and bad attitudes of the staff. It's more of a residential family compound of unwillingly folks "working" & they're all just tolerating guests & hotel operation - For whatever reason. Very sketchy.

The rooms were as expected for the advertised price. However upon arrival and check in the room was 30 dollars more than advertised which made the accommodations less than acceptable for the cost. Average at best

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This place is an absolute nightmare. I booked a room at the Quality Inn in Dalton, GA, expecting a clean, comfortable place to stay. Instead, I got a room infested with ROACHES. Yes, you read that right—ROACHES! They were crawling on the walls, around the sink, even on the nightstand. It was beyond disgusting. When I went to the front desk to report the issue and asked for a refund, I was met with rude, unhelpful staff who refused to take accountability. They offered 10$ when my room was 100$ I’m actually a choice member, and was treated poorly. They didn’t even apologise. Instead, they just shrugged and claimed it wasn’t their problem. This place clearly has no interest in providing a safe, clean environment or even basic customer service. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR AWAY from this dump. The Quality Inn in Dalton, GA is anything but quality—this place is a total disgrace.
