Comfort Inn Douglasville - Atlanta West

This place has been the best part of my vacation aside from just spending time with my family. The city of Atlanta SUCKS!! Something happened everyday of our vacation. Coming in and being greeted by Kenya has been the highlight of our day. The rooms were very clean, housekeeping has been great and the lady is super sweet, breakfast was not fantastic, but always hot and fresh. I'd definitely stay here again! Location is convenient and there is an amazing Mexican restaurant maybe half a mile up the road (their margaritas suck, though). I can't say enough good things about this hotel. It's not high end, but it's comfortable, feels safe, it's clean, and probably the best thing within hours of Atlanta. I'll be coming back for Six Flags only!

My husband and I stay there with our dog. The room was clean. Very comfortable. Staff was over the top friendly. Good breakfast. Coffee was so so. I like a stronger brew. Would we stay there again yes.

We stayed here on 1/5 with our 50 lb mountain cur puppy and had no issues. Clerks were helpful and the breakfast was good for the price. If you have a reactive dog there are several cats hanging around, just FYI.

Our family stayed for about 6 weeks over the summer... we never came across a staff member that wasn't very friendly and helpful.. if there were any issues in our room or other areas of the hotel they were always taken care of promptly... breakfast is good... the pool is super nice. We have 2 boys, 6 and 7, so they can get rowdy at times but we were never made to feel uncomfortable or that we weren't welcome or wanted there. The breakfast staff and housekeeping were also very friendly and helpful. I meant to leave this review as soon as we left but it slipped my mind, I hate to see the lower star reviews they've gotten because our experience was nothing but positive!! We were in between houses and it was a stressful time for us so we were super grateful for the pleasant and comfortable stay!!

I stay here all the time, but unfortunately this stay may be the last time. Let me start by saying, the customer service here is excellent. That’s one of the things that makes this hotel continue to top on my list of hotel stays. Now.. The first issue was when I came to the counter to check a white couple walked up behind me. The Front Desk clerk looked past me and asked them what the wanted even though I was the one at the counter (the clerk was not black) Next as I walked to my room the hallway smelled horrible it smelled you didn’t want to breath the smell in. Next I get to my room go in my bathroom it was hair all over the ceiling I’m not sure how it got up there but it was hair everywhere. I told the front they said they would get it cleaned but all that was done was hair was knocked all over the bathroom and not cleaned up. I would add the video but unfortunately I was only able to add a picture

My favorite hotel on Westmoreland plaza reena Kenya, Shenita, coco, and Wanda are my favorites clean comfortable and welcoming even allows pets I always stay here when I’m in this area I wish I could leave 10 stars

My experience here was 100% positive! Very clean and comfortable room, great parking availability for a work truck, a lovely pool, and a stellar staff. I had read previous reviews about Kenya being an incredible person, and I can confirm that she's an absolute Goddess. My husband and I will absolutely stay here whenever we're in the area.

Positive: Location - Easy access to the Interstate Negative: Horrible and disgusting toilet. On complaining, I was informed that few rooms on the third floor had toilet backup issue.
