NillFirst the floor was dirty, you can feel the dirt even with shoes on, the bathroom was disgusting, had hair from previous people staying there. The bathroom floor was gray instead of white from the dirt. TV remote was missing and bed sheets smelled like no has washed it for a while. Oh and let's not forget the children that were running around screaming at 2 in the morning plus gun shots going off. Worst experience for motels ever.

NillI'll start with the good because there was some good. The price , the reason why I chose it, was great! The first day I came, the lady at the front desk was good. She was courteous, and having worked front desk myself, I know that can be a challenge. However, I noticed how quickly policy changes. Whereas two days ago, she allowed me to get a room at 10am, today, when I realized I would be staying over (after I had turned in my key), she stuck with 3pm...this is despite OYO emailing me to get me to extend my stay and me visually seeing multiple rooms unbooked. (Yes I know about reservations but these rooms have been empty my entire stay. Despite the price, it's not a busy place). I dislike the lack of consistency, especially when I had left the hotel no more than 30 minutes before I realized my plans had changed. (She didn't even recognize me either lol) I put this part last because I was thankfully able to cope with it. I booked two beds because I was expecting someone from out of town. Thankfully he missed his flight because I took a nap on one of the beds and almost immediately realized I had bed bugs! Based off things I had noticed already, I knew it would be hell trying to get a room change, plus I had walked 3 hours just to get here so I was too exhausted to argue. For the rest of my stay I slept in the other bed. Being on my last dollar, I loved the affordability. This chain may be one of my go-to chains when I need to save on hotels, but this one in particular needs some work. As with the hotel I used to work at, there has to be a commitment to consistency in cleanliness and customer service.

NillWell I guess you get what you pay for. The room was disgusting. Ashes on the floor, trash in the drawers, food left in the refrigerator. Lucky I only need the room for the night. Couch had a strange smell and stains on it. The front desk attendant was rude. I went to ask a question and he acted like I was bothering him. I wouldn’t stay back here either again.

NillFirst of all, don't come here!!! Because with my experience, I was double charged for my room. The man at the front desk was very rude & unwilling to help in any way. Upon walking in the room there were visible stains on the lamp shades, the wall, the floor, the sink, the bathroom door, the refrigerator, EVERYWHERE! The room was disgusting! I was tired so I turned off all the lights & attempted to take a nap. After about 20 minutes of laying in the bed, my daughter yelled "mom there are roaches in here" I jumped up and roaches were crawling from under the sheets! I was livid, I was putting on my shoes & roaches were coming from everywhere! The sink, the tub, the nightstand, they were crawling on the wall. I couldn't get to the front desk fast enough! Once I got there, I demanded my money back, which was definitely not an option. They moved me into another room which was just as nasty minus the roaches. I slept sitting straight up with one eye open. Worst hotel I've ever stayed up. Need to be looked into by the health department.

★I booked a room through an online app and got told at the reception that the offer was not valid anymore and they needed me to be extra charged for the room. The receptionist and the manager were absolutely of no help and they seemed annoyed by my request for trying to sort out the issue with the booking app. They would not even agree to call their call center for me so I needed to be charged for a long international call. In the end I had to move to another hotel booked through the app to secure the money I had already paid (and could not be refunded). I could not obviously see the room but based on the condition of the public spaces I mustn’t have missed much (just my assumption). See attached pictures as support. I am not sure at which level the mistake was but, considering most of the potential clients would be attracted by the low prices, I would advice to be very careful before booking a room at this hotel.

NillThere are holes in the wall, I asked her for their best room and she said the room with the hole in the walls, stains on the tub, stains in the sink room was the best one they had. Disgusting. The lobby smells very badly when you first walk in. Would not recommend. VERY GHETTO. However she was respectful the whole time I checked out each room I inquired about.

NillVery chill SOME PPL mind their own business but some don’t I do want to say there is this one older lady that just be creeping around looking for something on the the ground she will scare you but ultimately she harmless she just be walking around she done scared me so many damn time it’s crazy. Front desk is cool later back but this hotel do be jumping so come first not last. They be pushed all the time.
