★★★★The hotel was clean and nicely appointed. But the best part of our visit was the excellent front desk clerk, Brandy!!! This young lady went over and above to assure we had everything we needed. She made up and hand delivered “treat bags” for each of us. She also made sure there were fresh baked cookies available for hotel guests. This might seem like a minor thing, but this was the only hotel on our 2 week trip which had them. Brandy also took time to answer our questions about Forsyth and gave some great suggestions for dinner etc. Overall, the hotel was good. Brandy made our stay great! She is one in a million! Get her a nice raise!

NillNice hotel. Our room and the hotel was clean and modern. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room didn’t have a remote so they promptly moved us across the hall to a room that had one. I always appreciate the hot water and tea options for nighttime and morning time. This is our third time staying here on our way to FL. Will stay again.

★★★★★This was a great stopover for our road trip. The hotel is modern looking and clean. The receptionist welcomed us with a smile, check in was quick. Loved the bottled water we were given and the cookies and refreshments available to us was a bonus. The room was large, the bed was comfortable, and very clean. Breakfast, included in our stay, was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

NillI choose this Hampton inn even though I had business in Macon. Reviews were better here. I was upgraded which was very nice. The AC room 403 was set on 65 and would not warm up. A bit much for me. Room was reassigned to one floor down...303. The bed was comfortable and I was able to set the AC to a comfortable temp. I didn't feel this room was well cleaned. I stepped on a staple without injury. The bathroom toilet paper holder has been knowledge of the wall with a shoddy repair. This room was missing a desk lamp important for doing work at night. I'm resourcful and moved the floor lamp to light the area. Management can you please replace the desk lamp. I felt safe here. The front desk staff was very accommodating with the issue I had in 403. Breakfast was standard. I especially enjoy hard boiled eggs as a protein option . 😃 I do wish all Hilton properties would have shower heads that could be adjusted by shorter individuals.

NillThe young lady at the desk was friendly, engaging and very helpful directing me to the area in Forsyth where I could find restaurants. The hotel, in general, the room, were clean and well kept. A couple of observations: the conditioner dispenser in the shower was empty and the "barn" door for the bathroom was broken. It had a zip tie to keep it in place as the roller on the c track was missing. All in all, I'll stay they again!

NillAll of my Hilton and Hampton Inn stays have been great until this location. I checked out early due to ignored complaints. Wifi did not work in my room. Had to downgrade to another room after repeated requests to have it fixed. New room, the outlet by the bed was not working. Talked to the front desk for an extension cord to accommodate. They could not issue extension cord after telling them it was for a medical device (CPAP). Next day, no maintenance work was conducted on my complaint on the outlet. UNACCEPTABLE! The lobby computer and printing was also not working. Worst Hampton Inn EVER!!!

★★★★★This hotel is diamond in the rough of the Hampton brand. The staff here are friendly and over the top helpful, the hotel is clean and well maintained, and the rooms are so comfortable that you won’t want to leave. We stopped here on our way to Fort Lauderdale from Michigan, and our expectations were low, because in our travels over the last few years, Hampton Inn standards are dropping across the US. Dirty hotels, broken down rooms and rude staff seem to be common. You won’t find those in Forsyth. I only wish there was more to do in the area, so I could book another stay.

NillDon’t go if you’re wanting working air conditioning. My room had a thermostat on a motion sensor and wouldn’t run for more than 10 minutes at a time. Great idea for when the room isn’t in use, not so great when you’re sleeping and not moving in front of the sensor. I asked the desk and they told me they had switched over to “winter settings” and couldn’t do anything (even though it had been 75+ degrees the previous 9 months) and were also booked solid so couldn’t move to another room. I reached out to customer care after the fact and was brushed off entirely, without a response at all. Only when I followed up (after being promised a response within 3-5 days) was I told that the “hotel closed your complaint without any compensation or return conversation from customer”. Which is untrue. My room never got under 73 degrees. I’m only writing this review because they didn’t respond at all. I’ll be happy to remove once they reach out to me.
