NillBoth Charles as well as Celeste are always so kind and helpful each time that I come to stay here. Charles is all about customer service and you can feel it. I had a minor issue with my room and Celeste was instant to fix it. Don’t even get me started on how good that breakfast is, I’m a sucker for the pancakes. Need a late night treat before the kitchen closes? I suggest the wings, flavor is delicious and they’re super meaty. I also loved the bartender, unfortunately forgot his name, but he was very welcoming and suggested that we come to dinner.

★★★★Plenty to say here. Stayed one night in December. Hotel common areas in very good condition. Dinner and breakfast food and service were terrific. We almost went out for dinner, but we were tired from our travels so we stayed in the hotel for dinner and we were glad we did - the food was delicious. The dinner waitress told us the cooked to order breakfast was better than the buffet, so the next morning we ordered omelets and they were also excellent. We were not as fortunate with our room. The door lock did not work properly - the room key was not needed to enter - one could just turn the door knob and enter unless the deadbolt was engaged. So, when we went to dinner our room could easily have been entered. We did not discover the problem until the next morning, so we moved our belongings in our room to our car before we went to breakfast. The slider closet door in our room was not on track. Our room was 79 degrees F when we arrived in our room - much too warm - and no matter how much we fiddled with the hear and air in the room the temperature barely budged. Only after we simply turned the system off did the temperature come down to about 70 degrees F, but even then the system fan kept running!

NillUpon our arrival we were pleasantly greeted by Chuck and a few minutes later Sherri! Chuck went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant, providing excellent service, professionalism and hospitality I’ve not seen in a very long time, if ever! Chuck is an ambassador to the Hilton Brand!!!

★★Positive: The location was good for the event. Some of the staff was very professional and helpful. Negative: Yes my room had no hot water and it was not rectified before I left. I was not offered a room change. I was given a lot of excuses.

NillWonderful hotel. Charles was excellent in helping our group of six find rooms after a very long day driving. We had hoped for a couple of suites but they weren't available. He fixed us up with 3 very nice rooms that worked very well. Would return to this hotel if I'm in the area again

★★★★★I can't say enough good things about this hotel or the staff. It was our first experience with a Hilton Garden Inn; we chose it on the advice of friends who liked the chain. Very nicely surprised by almost everything!|First, spotlessly clean. And I mean, spotless. Check in was a breeze, the staff were more than nice. The parking lot is very brightly lit, leading to a sense of safety for your vehicle (although make sure your window curtains work or you'll think it's morning all night long!)|But the food was what really surprised us. Chef Jayla was on that night. Her Cobb salad with chicken was equal to or better than anything I've had elsewhere. I wish the blue cheese dressing had been homemade, or of a bit higher quality, but the salad was great - fresh vegetables, chicken done perfectly (not at all rubbery for a change, and nicely seasoned). Our daughter had the spicy shrimp tacos and wanted to stay another night just to have them again.|The next morning at breakfast, with a different chef, we heard a woman order a "runny cheese omelette". The chef asked her twice to make sure that's what she wanted, but she was adamant. And when it came, she told everyone there that it was the best "omelette baveuse" she'd had since France 40 years before. |Our servers, Regan (sp?) and Ashley (also sp?) were marvelous.|My only quarrel with this hotel is the lack of baggage carts. There are only two carts for the entire hotel, and both are that awful kind with a large hole at the back and the end, so if you only have small soft luggage you will wind up with it dragging on the floor. Also there is no check-in check out for carts so no incentive for people to return them. The morning we checked out, we ate breakfast at 7:00 and departed after 10:00, and the two carts that were missing were still missing. I can only wish the worst on the people who hid them away in their rooms overnight. People on crutches, people with small children, and elderly people had to drag their multiple bags from rooms to elevators, down the halls and out the door. |Again they either need a check-in check out for the bag carts, or corporate need to provide four cards instead of two. |And we were on a high floor, which was pretty much out of hot water in the shower by 9 pm at night.|But we wish every hotel we stayed at was this good!

NillCharles went above and beyond to get us checked in when we stopped for the evening when traveling from Florida to Michigan. Would stay here again, clean room. Ate dinner from the restaurant in the hotel. Good food and service as well.
