Positive: The pleasant personalities that make this place welcoming to the weary traveler. The hot breakfast was better than I expected. The attendant prepared delicious food and kept it clean and stocked Negative: The hvac in our room didn't seem to want to adjust. It was a cool night anyway and we like to sleep cold so it wasn't a big deal

Bedroom AC is terrible. It was too hot. Barely any air coming out of the unit. Mike was rude and gave me an attitude the whole time. He got mad and yelled at my daughter for asking for extra towels. There was only 4 towels in the room and there were 6 of us. Will not recommend this place to anyone. You can't even get anyone to your room. ZERO STARS!!!!!!!

Convenient location, generous breakfast & friendly services. Except our 2 room keys, only 1 works and the 2nd one we have to reset like 3x but sometimes it still doesn't work. Technical issues. Overall, everything was wonderful at this hotel. Thank you.

Arrived very late at night after calling to see if they had a room, I wish I had her name but the woman working the desk was so nice and friendly and accommodating! Got us checked in quick explained all the details about the hotel and breakfast and sent us to our room. The room was great and fit all five of us with plenty of room and is even dog friendly. Breakfast was hot and lots of options! Would definitely stay again

I’ve stayed at ALOT of hotels Front desk staff was D1 level awesome, extremely helpful and accommodating every day and night cause we were needy lol. Breakfast was good, room was clean, extremely minor cosmetic stuff here and there but over all good, great location and every staff member I met was friendly and hospitable. Like I said especially that front desk staff. Pool was good could have used a little love while we stayed, annnnd the gym was the only thing lacking a little bit bench seat was broken looked like someone may have swiped a weight or two. Very clean though and a good set up just a tad dated but who stays at a hotel for the gym right? Again overall great experience would recommend.

Check in was a breeze. Room was very very clean. Housekeeping staff was very accommodating. The ONLY bad thing was the water pressure in the sink, it could’ve just been our room, a bad washer maybe so we used the tub water for routine things. Would definitely stay again.

Staff was nice. The room had dirt around the base boards, curtains didn’t close all the way, leaving a gap where anyone on the street could have a view into the room. The orange juice was watery! ||Other than that; the front desk staff was awesome!

Before check-in time I asked for adjoining rooms but I was told they do not have those. When I got there they had doors for adjoining rooms but I was told they were nailed shut when I told them that they opened. Then they told me that they were booked and couldn't change rooms. I felt like I was lied to. One of the pull-out sofas was missing a mattress and when I told them about it at the front desk they acknowledged that they knew about it. They did not have a replacement mattress so my kids had to sleep on the bars. The parking lot smelled like weed. The hallways of the hotel smelled like weed. I do not like the smell of weed. Otherwise the room was fine. The swimming pool was fine. The breakfast was also as good as I expected.
