Terrible stay! The beds were comfortable and the TV had Netflix you could sign in to and stream. Those are the 2 good points about this place, but everything else was terrible! The AC unit was dirty, falling apart, and squealing so loudly that we couldn’t even use it. You can hear everything from other rooms. When they turn their water on, every step that everyone takes, and if train whistles bother you, you’ll be awakened by that also. The construction workers on the floor up from me stomped around from 5 AM-7 AM. Nonstop. I’ve never heard anything like this in any place ever. I checked in around 1:30 AM so I barely got any sleep at all before I had to hit the road again. I tried to warm my food up, but the microwave was rusted out and had exposed metal everywhere. It smelled burnt. I took a small bite, and it tasted burnt as well. The front desk lady didn’t tell me there would be no breakfast due to construction until after I paid and had my room key. This visit upset me so much that I didn’t even get a hotel on my way back from the cruise. I just drove 22 hours straight through. I didn’t feel like risking another night like that. I took a couple naps in my vehicle to get me through. I was much happier sleeping in my SUV at the TA truck stop than sleeping at this run down shack. I was able to get hot food and uninterrupted sleep at TA!

First room was already occupied. Second room was being remodeled. The workmanship was below standard. The staff were apologetic and attempted to resolve the issue. However, it was quiet at night.

This location is clearly under service and lacking real management, it does a huge disservice to the Days Inn And Wyndham brand. The hotel lacks housekeeping, maintenance and pest control services. Unclean linen, unswept, not mopped and unclean surfaces. Pests and insects are present in the rooms on and in everything. It’s very disappointing, the state of this hotel. It needs help.

Horrible experience! I don’t recommend this stay at all. When you book it says, “$50 damage deposit (refundable) but on the actual website it says, “$50 deposit if paying with cash. I booked online to only get denied the stay for not paying the deposit of $50 due to a supposed renovation fee. They charge what they want when they want. For the record I was charged the first time of $50 then the next time I wasn’t charged. I wouldn’t recommend this property at all. Roaches were crawling around, bathroom tub was dirty, a dirty towel hanging on the back of the door in the bathroom and the main carpet floor had stains and dirty!

Nice hidden gem. The only downside is the train passing through in the wee hours of the morning. Renovated room was very clean.

Expedia reviews definitely lied about this place. Make sure you read the Yelp reviews. You'll definitely get the truth. In addition to people looking like they're selling drugs out of the roomsto the fact that the rooms are massively dirty which I have pictures. I will be posting in addition to finding 2 fleas in my room. And all they're willing to offeris to give me back 2 days. Not the 3 days that I've stayed or compensate me for anything. So basically they're willing to do nothing. And I'm at this horrible hotel so it looks like they have horrible customer service as well. Because I'm sure they wouldn't even want to sleep in these rooms.

Whatever you don't stay here. I booked a room on 9/20 the room i got was horrible. The door looked like it's been kicked in. The a/c wasn't working had a bad smell of urine and human waste. Obviously they knew about it when I checked out that night. The lady at the front desk asked me what was wrong with the room. Before I could say, she said it was the smell. Told her yes. Crazy that they knew of this but I was still placed in that room. I waste my money on this. DONT STAY HERE. Now I know why is was cheap. This doesn't deserve the one star i gave

Laundry shorts out tripping breaker possibly causing a fire hazard, staff did show any concern for public safety or lost funds due to facility malfunction. Disheartening at best, stay away
