This has become my go to location for all of my business & personal hotel accommodation needs. The staff is absolutely amazing, they are always so welcoming and attentive. They interact with the guests and make the stay entertaining. There was a new face there this time, a young man named Justin, he was great. He made our check in process go so smoothly and quickly. He was very knowledgeable of the area and offered things for my family and I to check out during our stay.

I have stayed at this location on several occasions. The location is good and safe. The rooms, in my stays were fine. The staff is always excellent and friendly. The breakfast is great. Hampton Inn is becoming my 1st choice of hotels to stay. The elevator could use some work as well as the hallways. But I have definitely stayed in worse places. Always trying to find the best budget.

Time to focus on a deep cleaning.|Bathroom floors have not had a real cleaning in a long while. Bathroom door not clean around door handles. Grouting around tub/tile floors are just plain dirty.|If the bathroom floors are dirty, you can imagine the condition of the carpet. First floor carpets in common areas could use a cleaning. In general, hotel is in NEED of a updating. Although breakfast selection was nominal, the hot entrees were excellent.

As soon as my fiancée and I walked into the lobby, we noticed a strong, unpleasant smell—like smoke, storage, and just general mustiness. My digital key never showed up in the Hilton app, so I had to check in at the front desk. Only one elevator was working, which meant waiting our turn. The real disappointment hit when we stepped out of the elevator. The carpets were filthy—hair, crumbs, stains, you name it. The whole place felt dirty and poorly maintained. Our non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke, and there were more stains on the floor (one looked questionable). The bathroom? Long hairs everywhere. I’m a Diamond member and always choose Hilton, especially Hampton Inns. I’ve stayed at locations in Denver, Riverview (FL), Cape Coral (FL), Nashville, Chicago—all great experiences. This place? Not even close to Hampton Inn standards. I wish I had checked reviews before booking because apparently, this isn’t a one-time issue—it’s a pattern. Honestly, it felt more like a rundown motel than a Hilton property. If the visible areas are this bad, I can’t imagine what’s not being cleaned. Are the sheets even washed? The only good thing? The staff was kind and professional. But there’s only so much they can do when the hotel itself is a mess. Unfortunately, this experience has made me rethink my trust in Hampton Inns. From now on, I’ll always check reviews—or maybe even consider another brand.

Not impressed. Our room smelled like marijuana and felt dirty. The tile floor was sticky. However customer service was top notch as we left my son’s lovey behind. They kept it in the back office and gave my directions on how to get it since we live out of state.

I used to associate Hampton Inn hotels with a nicer hotel than the other national chains. But, this hotel and the last couple Hampton Inn stays we had made me realize the additional charge is not worth it. There was repaired damage to the door of our room, where it looked like it was kicked in. Yes, it was somewhat repaired, but it still doesn't look good or give us a feeling of being safe there. There were scuff marks on door frames and walls throughout the hotel. The elevators needed obvious maintenance. All of this made this hotel look like a 2 star hotel. I wouldn't pay to stay at this Hampton Inn again, and I won't look for a Hampton Inn the next time we travel.

My recent stay at this hotel was disappointing and fell short of expectations, especially considering its pricing. The room itself was average. Several maintenance issues stood out: chipped paint on the bathroom door, a slow-draining sink, and an inconsistent shower temperature that alternated between lukewarm and cold—far from ideal during colder weather. These factors made the stay less comfortable. The TV was functional and offered a good variety of channels, but it was misleadingly labeled as a "smart TV." While it had the interface for mobile connectivity, the feature was non-functional, which was frustrating. Breakfast was decent but lacked variety. The only sausage option was pork, which was an issue since I don't eat pork. A rotation of other protein options, such as turkey or beef, would have been appreciated to accommodate dietary preferences. Overall, the stay did not feel worth the cost. Better upkeep of amenities and more inclusive dining options would significantly improve the guest experience. I cannot recommend this hotel at its current value.

The service was poor. Chris, the one who checked me in, told me my credit card was invalid. I called both AmEx & Hilton, there was no issue in their end. My room had soiled towels and toilet paper in the commode. I was told breakfast was at 6:00 AM, when it was at 7:00 AM. I was not welcomed at a gold level HHonors. The door shut very quick and loudly. I left a message for the GM who has yet to return my concerns. Convenient location, and the bed seemed find. All else, stay away.
