Big sign at check-in desk, "we do not service rooms until you check-out", obviously with the conditions of my room they don't service the rooms then either. Discovered someone else's dirty laundry under a bed, floor looks as if it hasn't been vacuumed in a month at least, toilet had someone else's "stains" left in the bowl, The hotel looks like it was once a pretty decent establishment but time hasn't treated it well.

Someone at front desk was inconvenienced that they needed to check us in at 12:30 AM, though they had card info to charge us before we arrived. Stayed 2 nights and second night had to get fresh towels as no one serviced the room while we were out. Since there were 6 rooms rented, we will consider renting suites on our next outing and not here.

Bathroom had dried toilet paper on the floor. The wrapping from toilet roll on shelf, no tissue, no hot water. The bathroom clearly had not been cleaned.The room had gobs of dried food 2” in dia on the floor, brown liquid running down the wall and it stunk like food! It is one thing to be a no frills hotel but to be filthy is another! It was gross!

Front desk was rude and nasty. The rooms had not been cleaned. Was checked into a room where the linen had not been changed. Was asked if they gave me linen did I wanna make the bed. Bathroom had no tissue. Floors was full of bugs that had died. Microwave had food that had dried and collected bugs.

If there was somewhere I can leave negative stars I'd give em -5⭐.... For starters the receptionist was wacked out his mind..didn't know we had reservations and wouldn't look in the computer at first...then his buzz went away and proceeded to check his computer for our reservation.......2nd- the room say 86° when it feel like 26° so our heater was broke..didn't wanna call front desk because the way the guy was wacked out and would've gave us a runaround to fix it....3rd- I look under the bed like a room inspector would do to check the cleanliness of the room🤢🤮...disgusting. Trash from the previous stay was still there..STILL THERE!!?? how did it pass inspection....4th- no toilet paper and the shower was filthy...I MEAN FILTHY!! I should've charged the roaches rent since they occupied the room with us..UNFREAKNBELIEVABLE!!! Someone need to get a hold of the health inspector ASAP....

I haven't stayed there yet, but I wanted to say that my booking experience was excellent. Used the website to book but for some reason, it booked me for the next day. Found the confirmation in my junk email the next morning. Called the desk and he straightened everything out with no BS, no wasted time-he just did it. And he honored the promotional rate, to boot. So, I am looking forward to writing a follow on review, expect it to be good also. Best experience with fixing a booking that I can remember.

Location= as advertised right off of I-75. Room= dead roaches on the bathroom floor, large gap under room door a is there an invitation for the spiders and bugs to come right in, furniture old that is broken, large spiders outside door and spider webs, and pool without water. Service=Should have known better when I saw the check out guests sleeping in the check-in lobby. No A/C in check in lobby, front desk rep nice until we wanted to check out/refund of money due to room being unacceptable. If I had a dog I would not let him/her check in there....Bottom line don't book it, don't check-in, and buyers beware!!!!
