Candlewood Suites Perry- National Fairground Area, by IHG

The hotel opened 2 months ago. Everything is fresh and new and working. Plenty of well-lit grass areas for walking pets. There were a couple of features that made me wonder about the installer. For instance, the glass shower door opens on the shower head end - but the shower controls are on the left end behind fixed-in-place glass. No way to turn on the water so it gets hot before stepping in. Had to keep the A/C fan on constant to override a whistling sound that sounded like air blowing through the A/C unit - even when there was no wind outside. The temperature controls worked fine and kept the room at a comfortable temperature but with sound effects. This property is within walking distance of a Dunkin for a good cup of coffee and donuts if you wanted more than the hotel's coffee. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and will consider staying here again.

The hotel is new and very nice. Kind staff. Clean comfortable rooms. Elevator is slow as a turtle No trash can in the bathroom. Tv is really low on the wall. Kitchen was amazing! You could cook a full meal. Liked the closest set up. Was only staying a night but had this been one of my longer business trips I’d been so thankful for that closet and the clothes steamer. Beds are comfortable and decent pillows. The floors were a tad dirty and the shower still had tile taps in it. So I’m assuming this hotel is new, new. Over all very happy and would stay there again.

Was traveling for a move from Wisconsin to Florida and we were tired from the drive we checked in very easily and we're acknowledged for being silver elite members. The room was very clean and comfortable and the hotel was quite just what we needed. We will definitely stay here if we are in the area again

Checking in was quick and easy. Room was clean, water pressure was great, beds were comfortable. We did hear some stomping around on the floor above us but overall it was quiet. Kitchen was great but not needed this trip along with the free laundry room, it was clean and nice.

The room, the public areas, and the outdoor areas were all excellent. The staff was very professional, helpful, and friendly. Great location with many restaurants nearby. Downtown Perry is worth a visit. I would highly recommend the hotel.

1 night stay- family of four, The hotel is quiet and clean, staff is friendly and helpful, although we did not use it I observed a small gym downstairs beside check in, and small pool outside. Lobby offers guest coffee, and cupboard for snacks. Does not offer breakfast. Rooms are stocked appropriately. Passing though I would definitely stay here again.

Room was comfortable and perfect. Bedding, bathroom, kitchen area all exceeded my expectations. Customer service was top notch. Building and grounds were beautiful and clean. We will definitely be back when in the area.

Excellent. Kitchenette style rooms, full size refrigerator with a separate freezer, dishwasher. Complimentary laundry with great machines. My company has me booked here semi long term. Very pleasant experience.
