This hotel was disgusting. Roaches in the rooms stained bedsheets. Bed was hard as a rock. Lobby is not open in time to eat breakfast. They didn’t knock or anything walked right into our room and took our curtain's. About 2 hours later while we were still in here my daughter in the bathroom they walked in here and started vacuuming then proceeded to almost open the door on my daughter in the bathroom without knocking. Huge invasion of privacy. They took money out of our account 3 weeks before we arrived. The first room we got the beds felt like just box springs with out a mattress. This room also didn’t have a top lock which with 3 Daughters in an area I don’t know I was NOT okay with at all they did give us a new room and were nice about it. We got this hotel because of the pool so my girls could swim and the pool was down and they didn’t tell us before we got here. There was mold on the head board and the lamp was broken. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone. “Award winning hotel” not sure how they got that name at ALL

The lady at the front desk asked did we want a non smoking room or smoking room. She said for the non smoking room we had to pay $10 dollars. We declined. We went to the room and it was discussing and outdated. We went back to the front desk and gave her the $10 dollars. I’m going to look at my receipt from my credit card to see if we booked a nonsmoking room or not!! The room we did get was decent but still outdated. It had baby roaches, you had to turn the water off because the showers head didn’t have anywhere to hold it. The safe looked like it was from the old west. We only had two rolls of toilet paper for the entire week we were there. The towels looked beige. They had plenty parking.

This was a bad hotel. The bed had a lump in it. There was a cockroch in the bathroom. Extra pillow not available, the "indoor" pool and hot tub I would have had to go outside and in the office door, it was down for maintenance but it was full. The breakfast was not as listed. Only had waffle maker, cold cereal and OJ. No fruit nothing. The WIFI would not work for me. Shower head was very low, mu husband is 5'7" and he had to duck under. No tissues !

The room was horrible. Had a strong odor. Our sheets had stains on them. I let the lady at the front desk know and so the housekeeper came by. She was very rude. She only changed the top sheet, not even the bottom one that had the stains. Never stay here

The room was ok for a place to sleep. Breakfast was supposed to be available until 9:00 but was already mostly cleaned up by 8:30. They were annoyed I made a waffle after they cleaned up and griped for me not to drip. The orange juice is a powder mix. There was only cereal, the waffle maker, and 1 prepackaged honey bun available. The towels were stained and disgusting looking. There was no bath soap bar, only one small hand soap bar. The shower head is very low and I am only 5'3". The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were terrible! The room was dirty and had 2 old phones of which neither worked. I do not recommend and would not return.

Positive: Was close to the interstate. Room was clean as well as parking lot. Was safe. Negative: The breakfast. I came about 6:15-20. Powdered creamer no milk even for the cereal. No fruit only honey buns. Nothing hot. At check out I went to turn my key in. Waited over 10 minutes. Had to go and find staff.

I had never stayed here because I was coming from out of town... I could only take one night and it's only because I got in so late...I couldn't believe they were changing almost $100 for this room...this is one of those "by the hour" type of room

We got to the hotel about midnight with 2 small kids. Walking in the room it was about 90 degrees due to the a/c being unplugged. There was a used micro fiber rag on the sink (not a bathroom rag). The soap was opened, used and had a hair on it by the sink with the wrapper next to it. The phone didn't work when trying to call the front office. I did go ask for another room but said none were available. The desk clerk did give me a fan to use for the night to give us a little air flow. I didn't expect too much being the price and we were only getting some sleep to finish our trip. I didn't expect the room to be that hot.
