SpringHill Suites Savannah I-95 South

This Springhill’s Suites is located conveniently off the interstate. Plenty of parking and the overall hotel is great. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is great. Plenty of coffee, juice, eggs, cereal and much more for everyone. The staff is friendly and helpful. I kept my “do not disturb “ on during my stay and housekeeping left a bag of clean towels on my door. So nice! Stay here as you won’t be disappointed

Great location off 95 before South Carolina border or visiting Savannah. Lots of different ways to get to the city, to avoid the crazy traffic. Pool and hot tub were nice. Rooms were a solid size, although they use the tiny pillows so feel free to bring your own. Not the best water pressure in the shower. Overall, it's a fine place to stay for a night or two

SH Suites is located about 15-20 minutes from downtown Savanah. Location is great for those that need to get back on the 95 to continue their travels. Plenty of gas and food options in the area. Check in was a breeze. Breakfast was plentiful. Room is very spacious and comfortable. Only negative room 217 could have had a better job of cleaning shower and shower head can be changed. Right off 95 on the way to Savannah. We were traveling to the Keys but were too tired to drive any further. Clean but dated, could use some updating. The staff were super nice. There are lots of places to eat close by, Houlihans, Cracker Barrel and fast foods. If your tired and traveling it will do. Definitely ok for a pitstop. There were some iffy characters in the parking lot and on the corners. We felt safe inside the hotel.

The staff were friendly but it the oddest experience we've had in quite a while. There was a trundle bed in our room but no bedding for it and when we asked they gave us sheets and a blanket but didn't have any pillows. At least the beds were comfortable. The water pressure in the sink and shower was not very good. In the morning the breakfast area was full of people and the one staff person couldn't keep up. The entire seating area was full too. They were out of almost everything and would only put out one thing at a time. So we went back upstairs and at 9:15 someone from housekeeping knocked and before I could open the door, they opened it and started to come in, surprised we were still there. The do not disturb sign was on the floor outside our door. When we were taking stuff to our car a little later, they deactivated our key cards before checkout time and we had to get them reactivated in order to get the last of our things. While inside, my husband was using the restroom and housekeeping came in again. It still wasn't past checkout time.

Room was clean but toilet was not…stained. Water pressure in shower wasn’t good at all. Breakfast was ok…I’ve had better at other similar Marriott properties. I did the mobile checkin and phone key so I didn’t interact with anybody enough to comment on service.

I was REALLY disappointed that the spa was not working. It stayed cold my entire 3 days. I asked for them to repair it, but I guess no luck. This was really a bummer because it was really the only reason why I chose this hotel because it had an indoor jacuzzi. If I had known it didn’t work I would’ve went somewhere else, but the room was nonrefundable.

We really enjoyed our stay. Room was very spacious. Our most impressed about this hotel was breakfast. It was a lot of choices of drinks and foods and well organized and kept clean. We had chilled relax morning. Definitely recommend to this place!!
