Claim the room to be a newer model only thing new about it was the floors (whicj need to be moped good anyway) and the bathroom. The water was barely hot. I left and came back and the cover for the air conditioner was on the floor and they kept $50 of my deposit because of it talking bout it was a new unit. It clearly was not a new unit. Never will be back.

If I could give a negative star I would! DO NOT STAY HERE. The photos online are NOTHING like what they are in person. There is mildew on everything , cigarette filled rooms, main lobby has smoke inside, ceiling falling in, everything is dirty , stains on EVERYTHING, Will not give you a refund and expect you to pay a “deposit” for a “newer” room and expect you to sleep in a mildew filled room if you don’t pay extra for a security deposit. We were charged $150 for this.

Pardon my attitude but where the HELL do I start! Got in really late. Had booked for 2 nights. Room wasn’t exactly clean. But it’s late so what the hell. Really cold outside so we cut on the heat and went to bed . 2 hrs later the heat went out. We pulled the covers up and rocked on. Then the room filled with the horrible smell of sewage. Can only speculate it was coming up the drains. Oh well we weren’t staying the second night for sure. Nicely told the warhorse at the front desk of all the issues and she said you should have ask for another room! Move our stuff at 3a.m! Nope. And she refused our refund for the second night! A real class operation!

I Wouldn't Refer Anyone To Stay At this Specific Hotel due to This business Having Terrible Service From the Employees working here.. Especially the lady who Works in the Evening. She not only was extremely Rude but she also refused to allow me to Have one of my relatives to visit me while staying here . Ive not only never heard of any hotels having a policy about Not allowing Their guests to Have visitors after a certain time (6pm) but I've also Was Not Made Aware of this Ridiculous Rule Of theirs , when I initially rented my room. Not one employee Told me About any Of their Rules or policy's. And Didn't inform me on Any type of Regulations in place Otherwise I wouldn't have even spent my hard earned money on A room that I winded up Not Even Being able to Fully Stay in.. I left after receiving Awful Customer service from this Establishment.

The guy at the service desk when I checked in was super nice and sweet. He could tell I was nervous about my stay but ensure it was a safe place due to his and the owners former cop backgrounds. The room was fully furnished including a fridge and microwave. There was a comfy warm blanket underneath the comforter rather than just cold sheets. Right off the highway super convenient. The rooms and hotel can use some updating but if you bring your own Lysol and cleaning wipes you should be fine especially with the price.

Me and my wife have been living here for about 4 years and the owner sunny and his family are good to us and are like family. Other than the things that can't be controlled it's a great place to be.

My fiance and I stayed her for 2 nights for the Dan and Shay concert personally because of the area I was pretty worried at first but the price was right the only problem I've encountered was that there was no mention of the refundable $75 deposit fee witch was a fairly big surprise to my wallet at the time but we made it happen lol that said the staff both night and day were absolutely wonderful in every since of the word they where friendly as could be and super helpful the room for the price was absolutely flawless I believe ours was room 109 the bed was so comfortable the bath/shower was amazing great water pressure haha.... I learned that the place is under new management and can tell that the staff are talking a no nonsense approach to the whole thing despite my worries of the area I did fell that my fiance and I were safe during our stay and I want to thank the staff so much for making our stay so comfortable y'all rock!! And we will be returning in the future guaranteed!!!!!!
