Super 8 by Wyndham Idaho Falls

Stayed another night here with partner . Natalie had the most amazing customer service. She was so fast with any request I had and so patient! She helped me out so much and made everything so pleasant. She never made me think anything was inconvenient. This place has THE BEST customer service for a lower budget motel. I recommend over and over again. I am happy to have the option to shout out & recognize the above and beyond customer service. Andy was an amazing maintenance man. Our fridge was out and he was quick and efficient. This place is amazing for customer service-

I was on my way south to Utah and only needed a place to have a good rest for the night and a good shower, and this hotel definitely served me perfectly. Location was convenient and when I checked in late night it felt safe. Yes the furnitures and carpets are old but they are totally functional and of not bad quality. Heck they even had complimentary breakfast with such reasonable price. Front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful. This is just great if you want to get rested but don’t want to spend extra money just for a bed.

I have stayed here numerous times over the last few years. It has definitely gone downhill. Cleanliness is less than stellar, maintenance is terrible, with floors falling apart, paint chipped everywhere and overall shabby looking. It’s in a good location, and you definitely get what you pay for. Wear your shoes at all times, maybe even in the shower lol. Breakfast was adequate, but supplies were limited. You get what you pay for…. Mostly.

Front desk Sevice is excellent. Continental breakfast also very good. Appreciate all bread items individually wrapped. Hallways and laundry area clean. Room is good. Beds comfy and clean. However bathroom was not clean. Broken toilet seat and gawd awful low toilet! Hair on wall and floor. Floor dirty. Bathtub subfloor soft and in need of repair. Bathrooms need renovation. For one night...its ok.

I was in idaho falls this past weekend dropping off my daughter at school and we had a rough trip. Something was mixed up with our reservation and the general manager was so kind. This was at night and they were booked she made everything right and we were very comfortable and grateful. She could have just left us stuck. The food was good too.

2 Queen beds, fridge, micro, desk/chair, one other chair, 2 drawers, tub/shower combo, beds comfy, rack for hanging clothes in the room (not a closet or tucked away by the bathroom). The room was clean, quiet and the desk staff very nice and helpful. Interior hallways, thin towels; breakfast: waffles, bread and jam (no peanut butter), instant oatmeal, yogurt, 2 cereals, apples, apple and orange juice, tea, no proteins.

Nice appearance on the outside. Shabby and dirty on the inside. Your socks and feet will turn black if you don't wear shoes in your room at all times. The decor had a run-down vibe going on. The breakfast was a decent offering (though the waffle syrup was very bland). The staff were nice and helpful. The internet worked flawlessly. Checking in and out was easy.

The front desk staff here is exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay very pleasant. The room is spacious enough, with everything in good working order.
