NillHad to book a room last minute because my apartment got evacuated for a gas leak in the middle of the night. Very clean, welcoming room with great beds and appliances. The perfect home away from home for a single dad with two under 5 in a stressful situation. If I need a hotel in Champaign again, for whatever reason, this is going to be my first pick.

NillThe rooms were decent our window and a piece of our wall was not painted there was hair all over the bathroom wall. You cannot have gas even if they're coming to visit we drove 18 hours out here to see my family and they could not even come and visit us at the hotel policy says no. No heat in the elevator Front desk people are rude Breakfast is absolutely nasty Rock hard overcooked sausage patties with bland dry overcooked scrambled eggs with not much other choices. Bathroom lobby had no changing table out of order signs there was trash all over the floor The lobby has out of order signs everywhere No hot coffee. No hot water dispenser for tea. When it's time to check out they're literally stand outside your door and wait for you to leave.

NillIt was a nice hotel. Newer than others I've stayed at. The pet fee was a little steep. We had two very small dogs, non shedding well trained and house broke. They changed $40 per pet. Otherwise it was very nice.

★★★★★I am relocating to Champaign for work. I am a first grade teacher for Unit 4. While waiting to move into our apartment this hotel made that process less stressful. Having good internet service is essential to my work. I especially loved being able to have a spacious, warm and comfortable room to accommodate my family and our little Yorkie. The staff was kind, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and it was a great start to my day. I love that you can have breakfast as early as 6 am. I love that they have a washer and dryer for you to do a load of laundry. It only cost $2 to wash and $2 to dry. They have nice hangers in the room for you to prepare for success in your work week. The other guest in the hotel were nice as well. If you are looking for a hotel that is a home away from home, comfortable and safe look no further and book your reservation today. I already did!

★★I saw multiple signs that the quiet hours were from 10 PM to 8 AM. (Good!) But there didn't seem to be any enforcement. The first night of my stay was quiet. But on the second night, busloads of HS kids checked into the hotel and were unruly. A little after 11 PM I tried to call the front desk using the phone in the room but I either heard the call couldn't be connected or the number was busy. So I got dressed and went down to the front desk. The man behind the counter was courteous and said he would take care of it but I doubt he did anything. After going back to bed and being kept awake or woken up again, I got dressed again and knocked on the door of the next room. It took a second knock before someone opened the door. I told him you guys have to quiet down. I shouldn't have to do that

★★★★Good place to stay in Champaign. From the lobby, common areas, and rooms were all very clean. The rooms are spacious. They did offer breakfast with our booking. We did not eat breakfast here, but I did look to see what they offered. The breakfast on the day we were there was scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, assortment of fruits, cereal and waffles. We had 2 rooms, and there was a slight issue with one of the rooms. The one room was set at air conditioning and it was cold esp. being mid Nov. when the thermostat was changed to heat set at 72 degrees, the heat didn't shut off and by the middle of the night, the thermostat registered at 79 degrees, which made the people in that room very uncomfortable. That might need some looking into.||Overall, I would definitely stay here again, because of the cleanliness of the hotel.

★★Visiting family for Christmas. Be advised, this is a pet friendly hotel, and I am currently in my room at 10pm on Christmas Eve with two young children who can’t sleep because of the multiple howling and yelping dogs. Absolutely ridiculous. This alone will keep me from staying here in the future and any other pet friendly hotels in the future. If you are a pet owner and you are reading this and you travel with your pet, don’t be a terrible pet owner and leave your pet in the room unattended howling ruining others stays. If you’re the hotel owner you need to monitor this better, people pay good money to stay, and they didn’t pay for this terrible experience.
