River North Location is very nice. The discount for IL residents was nice and this is the only location included parking with staycation. My only issue with this is the payment process. The do a per- screening “background check” that I do like and give me Comfort that they not let any and every one book. But that’s a $2 hold and then you book for the room the day before the take full one night + tax then check in pay the remaining balance + the additional $300 per night to cover for damage damages if any after check out and refund the extra money in couple of days. The amount of times my room got cancelled due to them not giving a breakdown of payment when it’s being collected was very annoying. I was able to call the front desk and they where very helpful to get my room rebooked, but I think they just need to due a down payment at booking and the remaining at check in it’s to much taking out at different time on people cards . Overall the room was nice clean and family friendly. They have an arcade room, sauna room, and the have a roof top pool , media room, full gym and much more. They do give assigned parking so you don’t have to look for a space every time you go. It’s very high tech so if you’re not tech savvy you will have a hard time getting around in the place. The have a leasing office so I assume people stay long then 30 days will have to pay “rent “ but it’s an option to extend your stay longer then 30days .

Wonderful two bedroom, two bath apartment style hotel room! Staff was super friendly from the moment we arrived. This was a great way for our family to be able to be together in the living space and still have our own bedrooms and bathrooms. It was a great space that was less expensive that two separate hotel rooms. There are lots of great restaurants and convenience stores in a walkable area. The fitness center and arcade were bonuses for the family. I would highly recommend this place and can't wait to come back in the summer to use the fun outdoor spaces.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Levels this past Saturday night—10/10, highly recommend! It truly felt like a home away from home. For anyone like me, who loves visiting Chicago but still wants the comfort of home, this is the perfect place. The balcony on every suite is a standout feature, offering amazing views and a sense of tranquility. The suite itself was thoughtfully designed and fully equipped, including a full kitchen with a gas stove (4 burners), a deep sink with a dishwasher, and full-size refrigerator! My studio suite had a comfortable king bed, a sofa bed, two TVs, a walk-in closet, huge shower, a full washer and dryer, and cozy robes provided for extra comfort. Then, 31st floor’s Cloud Lounge was breathtaking—thank you to Simone, the incredible concierge, for recommending it! She made us feel so welcomed and connected with us. Her genuine care and professionalism are major reasons I’ll be back. The third floor was another highlight, offering a range of amenities: an library area, a fitness center, a family space, a hot tub, a spa, a barbecue area, and multiple lounge areas. There’s so much to explore that I didn’t even scratch the surface of my to-do list! One unique aspect that stood out was the background check process, which gave me an added sense of safety and security. Whether I’m traveling alone, with my kids, or with family, I know I’ll feel comfortable and at ease here. I’m already planning my return and foresee being a long-term repeat guest. Levels is truly unmatched, and I can’t recommend it enough!

The building is spectacular, the view is amazing, but the staff was not friendly at all. You have to call to open the parking garage every time, and the people who answer the phone seem put off by it. The front desk girl was annoyed I had food delivered but did not know where to pick it up. House keeping and security are far more friendly. Also of note many professional athletes live in the building so there always seems to be energy and vibe.

Lots of poor reviews. I wonder why. I wanted to check in quick before my surgery appointment because I'd later be shuttled to my room while still somewhat drugged up. Front desk staff was rude/indifferent, and wouldn't take my ID or say much of anything. Had me fill out a background check on my phone, which thankfully passed. Then, she turned a bit more polite. Reservation was for $89/night though Agoda? Forgot the name. At any rate, that company charged me roughly $350, and then I received another bill from Level for maybe $475! This was for a 3 night stay with parking for two cars. $800!!! The room and views were nice, though. Loved that.

I have stayed here several times while visiting my daughter who is going to college in Chicago. The rooms/suites are excellent and the location is ideal. The gym/fitness center is great, includes a sauna which I’m a big fan of, and the accommodations are top notch.

EVERYTHING we did during this stay was made easy and handled flawlessly by the staff. We came into town via Amtrak train at 11am and we came to hotel expecting them to hold our luggage while we ventured around the cuty waiting to check-in, they let us in our room! The facility was sparkling clean everywhere.... in the lobby, all common areas, elevators, gym, our suite, everywhere! Obviously a well run establishment because everything seemed to run seamlessly and we weren't bumping into staff, rarely saw any staff outside of the front desk. Fun and quaint restaurants and shops within walking distance, will definitely tell all my friends AND be back for another stay!

We initially had a difficult time finding the entrance, and upon check in the concierge at the desk didn't mention anything about the amenities (breakfast, workout facility, pool, Common work area). We didn't learn about any of this until the morning we were checking out. The space--a two bedroom, two bath suite, was great. Clean, nicely furnished, good bathrooms. It would be nice to have some housekeeping for fresh towels and to tidy up. If you are looking for a hotel experience, this isn't it. It is a well priced air b&b kind of experience, intended more for long term stay business travel.
