NillMy family stayed here for a volleyball tournament. I cannot say enough, good things about this hotel! I want to especially thank Jonathan in security who found my daughter’s hoodie she dropped in the hotel. Once we returned home, we called to see if it had been turned in and in fact, Jonathan is the one that found it. She had over $100 in cash and gift cards in her wallet and it was still there. We appreciate Jonathan working with FedEx to mail us her items. I would 100% stay here again! Thank you, Jonathan. You are a great human being!

NillThis is my first time staying at The Westin Michigan Avenue. The location is on the north end of the Magnificent Mile. If you are lucky or pay for the upgrade, you can have a view of Michigan Avenue or Lake Michigan, or no view (see picture below). The room was clean with necessary amenities and very quiet at night. The only parking at the hotel property is valet parking at $85 a day with in/out privileges. The restaurant, 909 North, is hidden at the back of the bar. We had a group of 20 and the dinner was awesome!

★★★★★I had a great 1 night stay at the hotel. Arrived at 2pm and wanted to explore the city for the remaining hours of the afternoon. Hotel staff recommended the big bus which was great. I saw all the attractions of the city in just a few hours.|Special thanks to Oliver who made my departure very convenient with a nice talk while waiting for my uber.||The only unxpected thing of my stay was the destination fee which I‘ve never heard of begore. I would have spent this credit anyways at the hotel so why make it a mandatory thing, such a pity.

NillThe Westin Michigan Avenue Chicago is a fantastic choice for a family stay in the heart of the city. Its spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and kid-friendly amenities make everyone feel at home. The location is unbeatable—steps from shops, restaurants, and attractions like the lakefront and Navy Pier. Staff are warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable family getaway!

NillI was in town for my birthday. The worst hotel experience I've ever had. The staff were incredibly rude and argumentative from the start. I was given a room that was in poor condition, and to make matters worse, I found a cigarette in my car—completely unacceptable. You can also hear the person next to you screaming and making sound wall is paper then. There were also unauthorized charges made to my account, which I consider theft. It felt like issue after issue, with no resolution or accountability. If I could give zero stars, I would.

★★★★★Best.stay.ever! From check in where it was speedy and friendly staff to the cleanliness of our room. From the wonderful room service delivery person to extending our check out so we could eat in our room. From the lovely Christmas decor in the hotel to the amazing employee that set aside our luggage for us so we could go shopping after checkout…this place was perfection! We go to Chicago quite a bit and have stayed in some great hotels. But the service at the Westin Michigan Ave was top notch! We will be back!!! Oh and the popcorn bags were such an excellent touch :)

NillGreat Location / Great Service Perfectly located. Out the front doors, turn to the right, and right again....Walk about 200 steps and you're at Oak Street Beach. If you go the other way, you're walking down the Magnificent Mile. Win / Win. Rooms are very nice. Immaculately clean. Homey feel, with earth tone colors. Oh, and the famous Westin "Heavenly Beds" are still unmatched for comfort! Room Service breakfast was delicious....and comparatively reasonable. Cleaning staff was very professional and friendly. The shower gel in our bath was empty. But the next morning the cleaning lady replaced it very promptly. Hint: When using the remote, for Netflix....just hit the large Netflix button. Trying to get Netflix to work via the on-screen menu was problematic. Overall a very enjoyable stay. Yes we would book this hotel on our next trip to Chicago.
