NillGreat stay! Location is amazing and the amenities are just what you need. Front desk was attentive and very polite. Housekeeping was attentive to my needs. In room service was courteous and the meal was spot on. Even the temperature of the food was great considering it was in room service. Keep it up Loew's Chicago, doing it right the first time.

NillI recently had the pleasure of staying at Loews Hotel Chicago, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, offering a perfect blend of modern elegance and comfort. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and provided stunning views of the city. The amenities, from the well-equipped fitness center to the inviting lobby bar, were top-notch. What truly set this stay apart, however, was the exceptional service. A special shoutout to the front office staff and valet, who went above and beyond to ensure our visit was perfect. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made us feel truly valued as guests. Whether it was offering great local recommendations or addressing any small request with efficiency and kindness, their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction. Loews Hotel Chicago is a true gem in the heart of the city, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a first-class experience in Chicago!

★★★★★I am in Chicago on a 5 day work trip . This is my fourth trip to the city of Chicago and my first time staying at the Loews in the downtown area. I’ve loved everything about my time at this hotel…. And I am VERY particular about where I stay. The Loews staff members are courteous, professional, friendly and easily accessible. From the valet, to the restaurant staff, managers and housekeeping staff - everyone has greeted me with a smile and/or friendly hello. The rooms are spacious and the entire hotel is very clean and has a slightly upscale feel, appearance and feel and I was made to feel like a VIP. I must add that as an African American woman, I’m not always made to feel that my patronage is valued, but here at Loews in downtown Chicago, I feel as valued as every other guest in the hotel. Thank you, Loews; well done. I’ll definitely return and highly recommend you to anyone visiting Chicago.

★★★★★This is our second time visiting this hotel as a family with two young children. Everything was wonderful as always! Had a premium double room with a great view of navy pier. Our kids are getting bigger, so we requested a rollaway, which the hotel provided free of charge! Kids loved the huge pool. Room service breakfast was great! A little pricey, but that’s to be expected at a hotel. Food arrived fast and hot. Every employee we encountered was polite and so helpful. Lobby under construction during our visit, but this didn’t impact us. Can’t wait to return next year for our annual trip! Thank you!

NillReally enjoyed this hotel. It’s walking distance to a lot of tourist attractions, restaurants and shops. The check in process was seamless. I did have an issue with loud neighbors on my 2nd night there and the hotel took care of it flawlessly. Victor, the bartender in the lobby was very nice and had incredible customer service. I would stay here again visiting Chicago.

NillThis our first time staying at a Loews and we really enjoyed it. The lobby is under construction, but the staff went out of their way to provide a Christmas decorated lobby in a different area. The drinks at the bar were tasty, our room was clean and well thought out, and room service even has food for pets! But on top of all that I don’t know what I love the most - the staff or how family friendly the hotel is. This Loews truly has the friendliest most above and beyond staff of any hotel I’ve been to. Honestly! From the front desk to concierge to bartenders to housekeepers. Everyone was amazing! As for being family friendly, they offer cribs, a cart of kids books, complimentary hot cocoa, and go above and beyond to be helpful to us (we traveled with a 9 month old). Based on my experience here, I would try any other Loews again.

NillOur stay at the Loews Chicago Hotel was an absolute delight. From the moment we stepped in, the staff demonstrated exceptional attention to detail. Our son was treated like a VIP, receiving a welcome bag of toys, nightly book selections, and even Christmas cookies! The hotel pool offered a perfect escape from the chilly Chicago winds. ETA restaurant exceeded our expectations, and the breakfast was truly soul-satisfying. We enjoyed a fun outing at the Pinstripes bowling alley, one of the hotel's partnerships, where our four-year-old was rewarded with a medal – a special touch! The hotel itself was never overcrowded, and the staff consistently provided attentive service. The location was ideal, with the Navy Pier within easy reach, a charming community playground nearby, a wide selection of restaurants, and a Whole Foods supermarket right on the corner. The hotel's proximity to Michigan Avenue and numerous bus stations added to its convenience.
