Everyone read my feedback please . Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1 out of 5) Terrible experience with the hotel’s laundry facilities. The only washing machine available to guests stopped working in the middle of a wash cycle. There is another laundry room in the hotel, but the manager refused to let me use it. She showed zero concern and clearly didn’t care about the guests at all. The washer and dryer look like they haven’t been replaced since World War II — completely outdated and in awful condition. I had to finish washing my clothes by hand in the bathroom. This level of neglect and indifference is unacceptable. I will not be staying here again and definitely do not recommend this hotel. I also want to add that manager knock my door and if I do not open the door, he open it himself with his card !! What if I was not alone or the girl was in the bathroom, I do not recommend this hotel! After 1 week I didn’t get my deposit they charged me 2 times for 117.92 $ and didn’t give me back I was needed to call Bank of America and wait 40 min while they respond me , I don’t recommend this hotel at all 👌

I was the area for work. The bed needs to be replaced. Definitly a thumbs down. Comfort please update your beds everywhere! Breakfast turkey sausage is like eating cardboard (no offense comfort, but you's have to find a different brand). Had to practically beg for a couple plates (paper), spoons n forks. Way too much marijuana odor from the front door to 3rd floor. Pretty clean room. That was nice. Overall, not the worst place. Prlly come back for a 2nd tryout.

Positive: The exterior! Negative: I hated absolutely everything about this hotel! The bedding was dirty! The mattress was filthy! It smelled like cigarette smoke! The AC kept going out! Tv not functional, coffee maker not clean, toilet was low to the floor! I checked out! Didn?t stay!

This was the worst hotel experience I have had in a long time. We are somewhat local and booked the room to swim as a family and have a mini “staycation.” The pool was open but ice cold something was broken I assume the heater and even the pool are was cold and had a space heater. I think there was no heat to this part of the building. My child was extremely disappointed with the water being so cold she could not even get in. I’m talking like polar plunge cold. The main reason we booked the room was to be able to swim. Then we went to get a snack from the vending machine and it was out of order. We then headed back to our room to make some popcorn we brought with us and there were only 13 channels most of which barely came in and were fuzzy and none of which had programming for children. At that point we packed our stuff back up and decided to leave. My child was crying she was so disappointed and let down. We get to the front desk and the lady there was very nice but was unable to assist in anyway and stated there was no manager on duty and one would not be available until Monday. We left and informed them we will need a refund because there accommodations did not meet our needs and we were unable to stay. I would not recommend going to this hotel there are plenty y of others in the area. If I could give it zero stars I would. I am actually shocked they are still in business with the other hotels near by.

Have stayed at this hotel a few times. I bring my ESA with me. The hotel has us stay in a room near an exit in the back on the ground floor. This last time we stayed we got in late (11pm). The surrounding rooms had people with dogs who would not be quiet and just continuously bark. Our neighbor room had random people coming and going. They would prop open the back door (which is incredibly unsafe) and come and go all night as they please. Employee on duty had to come ask them to control their dogs. Entire night the back door was opening and closing with people coming and going. Whether or not they were guests, who knows. At 7:50am I had the housekeeping man OPEN and enter my room. Wouldnt know he worked there anyways since he had an oversized t-shirt, sweatpants, and zero name tag or company hotel shirt. Someone had just left and said they stayed in our room so that gave them the good ahead I guess to enter my room. I cant tell you how unsafe I felt that night. Hope this doesnt happen to anyone else. Front desk didnt really seem to understand how I felt about having a random MAN ENTER my room or the experience overnight. Quickly left packed my stuff and left.

Its a nice hotel for the price. It could use some updates but its clean and comfortable. The older man who works the front desk at night seems a little pushy and can be difficult at times when your tired and just want to check in. They seem to be somewhat unorganized and couldn't find my reservation a few times I had to pull up my receipts. But, it really isnt that bad for the price.

Was there for work, arrived on a Tuesday and job was cut short by a day, came back to hotel to check out before 11 am, was told I was going to be charged for the day anyway since my room was on a promo rate, that has never happened to me, I travel for work all over. Bathroom was not very good, nasty jacuzzi tub made into a shower. Don't work much up in Chicago much, so don't have to worry about staying here again.

Had an incident during my stay. The room next door had some kind of medical emergency. When I called the front desk to inquire about the noise, the woman who answered, basically told me it didn't concern me, and to mind my own business. Not only rude, but a complete lack of customer service.
