NillThe front desk guest services was great! However, I can’t say the same about the room! The recently “refurbished” rooms were not great! Painting over eyesores and clear issues is not a refurbish! I’ve never been a fan of the Marriott brand and this stay just confirmed why. The restrooms are very small. Had to practically step in the shower to close the door and use the restroom. The shower was horrible! Absolutely no pressure and there was a rain shower head as an option as well, but it didn’t rain at all! The handheld wand was just as bad! There was a sewage odor coming from the drain in the shower as well. The room itself had some positive features. The bed was comfortable and the chaise lounge was decent! Overall I would not stay at this hotel again! It may be decent for some but I was not a fan!

NillStaff is super friendly. Moses at Check In and Olga in the restaurant are pure professionals at their job. Friendly happy talkative and can handle large groups with ease. Hotel has been completely renovated and modernized. The breakfast buffet has scrambled eggs, pancakes, fresh fruit, oatmeal. Olga has been here for a long time and it’s always great to see her!!

NillOn the Father's Day weekend just passed, I received excellent service from front desk employees Jessica and Kerstin who did everything from provide extra towels to restaurant advice to tea bags and honey when the coffee shop was closed. They both were professional, friendly and helpful at every turn during the course of my stay.

NillSpent 2 weeks at the Oak Brook Marriott for a business trip. The service at check in was quick, efficient and courteous. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a coffee machine. The staff at the bar, (which served some meals) were extremely helpful and friendly (shout out to the ever smiling Andreas!) and went above and beyond to make our team feel at home. A good place to stay.

NillPerfect little get away. Not too far from a mall. Not the best area to go walking because of lack of sidewalks and crosswalks. Starbucks in the lobby. An amazing restaurant in the lobby. Always seemed busy while I was here. Everyone seemed happy and content. I didn't partake because I wanted to go out and have an adventure. But room service is available till 11 pm. That's very handy. I would definitely recommend this location.

★★★★Stayed here after several years and recommend. Since my last stay, it looked like they had refurbished and updated rooms. I had a standard room and it was clean, comfortable and with great sleep quality (9th floor). Staff was very friendly, and when I checked in pretty early given my arrival to the area they got me right into my room. Common areas were clean, and they have a full Starbucks off of the main lobby area. Proximity to Oak Brook Center is walkable.

NillSpent 2 days here at the hotel. It was great. Room service came and cleaned the room and changed the sheets. Our last night there we asked if they could change the sheets cause it was dirty so we left out so they could change the sheets for the second time. We woke up the next morning and my husband broke out into hives all over his body. We put the covers up against a light and IT WAS DIRTY! we took the covers downstairs to the front desk and showed them the breakout. They said they would give us a call once they run it through a third party to see if that was the reason. NEVER RECEIVED A CALL we called up there MULTIPLE times asking for the manager they kept saying she wasn’t up there and when she was she was busy. We even called up to the corporate and couldn’t even give us an answer! He’s still dealing with the breakout and the doctors don’t know what it is! This just shows that they don’t care!

NillIf I could give 0 stars I would. They lost our reservation and had no one to help us check in. It took over an hour to get our rooms and they kept going back and forth with the booking platform to make this happen, all at the convenient time of midnight. The room didn’t have basic amenities like body wash and extra towels. The front isn’t interested in helping and it’s a shame bc I’ve had such good experiences at other Marriott’s.
