Travelodge by Wyndham Chicago - South Holland

Ive been staying at Travelodge for around 2wks, and I must say, it has been a pretty good experience. The King size bedroom comes with all the amenities you need, which I feel is the best deal for a few more dollars. The cleaning service here is very good. Work ethics of house keeping has been impressive,, with Hanna at the front desk being a great asset, shes been informative and most helpful, making my visit in town comfortable...

Nice clean room with refrigerator & microwave…the water was hot and pressure fantastic…bed & pillows comfortable enough. The staff were friendly and helpful…all around clean, well maintained and staffed…budget motel. I would definitely stay there again without hesitation.

Modifications were being made, and it was both economical and enjoyable! ||When I asked for towels to be changed during evening hours, they asked us to bring dirty ones to get new ones, which is understandable of their policy of replacement. Overall, it was an economical and enjoyable stay.

This is my first time in life booking a hotel room and I WILL NEVER BOOK HERE AGAIN!!!! Their hospitality is very very poor, there are bed bugs in the mattresses, the beds are on a hard wooden hardened board, the phone doesn’t work, the outlets do not work nor does the microwave, and the wood on the floor is peeling, and the water is very damage and has a brow color to it, crack heads knocking at the door all times of the night VERY UNSAFE!!! Creeps standing around the doors. I booked my time for 9 days and I left the second day! I am very unpleased and disappointed.

I enjoyed my stay I wasn't bothered by anyone my room was nice it's just a simple room. Nobody bothered me nobody bothered my car. The only thing I would like is if they provided coffee. The location is very nice it's right off the expressway you can go a lot of different ways you can go to Indiana or Wisconsin or Michigan I mean it was fantastic spot the people are very nice I love the managers.

The clerk Hannah has great personality and was very patient with me getting a room, I love the rooms they are great you guys should come get one when your visiting or wanna get away for the weekend!

I and my wife just wanted to crash for the night, so we decided to book this. The room was very poorly ventilated, it smelled extremely bad when we entered it. Was almost unbreathable. The room was very unclean; it felt that no one even bothered to clean it before giving it to us. Paint was coming from walls, door was not even closing properly. We also felt very unsafe. We decided to leave immediately within 5 minutes of checking in. Would not recommend at all. Very bad experience!

This was the worst motel I have ever stayed in! It looks nothing like the photos. The staff was not helpful at all. The door to my room was broken as if someone had previously kicked the door in. The sheets were stained with cigarette holes in them, The heat in the room did not work. Overall, it was a horrible experience!
