Chicago Club Inn Suites

The room was nice but the TV was kinda small and the hot tub didn't drain the water out. Had too manually hold the drain up too drain out the water. The staff was attentive and the location very nice!

Positive: The lady at the breakfast bar, Lupe. A sweetheart that worked very hard and the ONLY hotel employee to actually loo at you and say good morning . Negative: I did not like any of the employees at the check in counter. Not friendly at all. They must be really super busy as they never look up from their computer screen. Forget about a good morning or have a good day. There is no acknowledgment at all.

Absolutely terrible. The rooms were dirty, there were prostitutes and drug-addicts, and other shady characters at the hotel. Their wifi is COMPLETELY insecure, and poses huge risks to it's customers. The place looked NOTHING like the pictures. I tried to cancel and it's been an on-going fight. DO NOT STAY HERE!

My Wife and I thought we were booking a nice Air B&B getaway. It said nothing about it being a motel and in fact said “This is someone’s home, please treat with respect.” Upon arrival we were very confused and even called to make sure we were in the right place since it was clearly a motel. They confirmed we were in the correct place. The lobby was shabby, smelled of mildew, and overall looked unappealing. Instead of unpacking, we went straight to the room to check it out first, and we are so glad we did. Disgusting. Is this a pay by the hour place? Stains everywhere, holes in the walls and ceiling, candle wax on the floor, and dust and cob webs visibly seen on everything. We immediately went back to the front desk and said we would not be staying there. Since it was an Air B&B lie, we could not read the reviews on this place. Please believe these 1 star reviews, they are legit.

If i can give it zero stars i would. THIS PLACE IS OVERCROWDED WITH KIDS. i’m not sure why they put a two adult , two children a room rule on the website if it isn’t true! There is no water fountain and i was told only a soda machine that is as old as dust. The pool was cold as dirty with particles floating everywhere. There was about 30 small children when we went for breakfast. I’m not sure if they were part owners but there was two indians who were staring us down getting our food. We were told we had to go to the front desk for our towels and trash bags. LAZY LAZY LAZY WORKERS. and cheap establishments! i wouldn’t recommend this place to a homeless person.

For 250$ our tv had one channel an it was commercials the whole time…… the pool was disgusting. The water was so cloudy that you couldn’t even seen the bottom of the pool or the bottom of the steps on the side. My teen daughters stuck their feet in an they were slimey after a few minutes…. Our bathroom had hair in the tub and no body wash (thankfully we do bring our own). The room also smelled of old smoke, they could have refreshed the room with some smell goods. With all the signs of no smoking and no vaping the smell wasn’t pleasant for a non smoking facility Overall the breakfast was ok. Kids did enjoy that.

Not very clean. One person desk staff so it took 20mins to check in with a reservation. I paid $160 for the room. I should have paid the extra 60 for the Marriott. Well, you live and learn

The room itself was clean and the free breakfast was as expected. The dining area is large and accommodating. The courtyard itself is lovely and would look better if it were warmer. The hotel is also undergoing some construction and you can see signs of that in places. There is No Elevator, which I didn't know until I got here. And that is an inconvenience. The other guests were also loud one night and distracting. The staff is friendly.
