I was greeted with a smile. They recognized my status, and I was informed of the social hour. Excellent food and great breakfast the next morning. The bed was firm yet soft and comfortable. great plush pillows. The room and lobby was very clean and comfortable. I could easily stay here for a week and be OK. I am staying here again.

Everything was great. The room and hall and elevator and fitness center were all clean. The room was spacious for 2 adults and 2 teens. The shower head didn't have much water pressure, but that was the only negative we found. We would go back!

Rooms are incredibly spacious and nicely appointed, especially considering the competitive nightly rate. Very comfy beds and linens, good shower and all the amenities you expect. Our room had a full kitchen with dishes, glasses, etc. The free breakfast is a bit better than what you typically find at a chain-hotel breakfast buffet. The hotel is still fairly new and it's a nice property overall. Strongly recommend.

Rooms were nice, but as we left for breakfast we saw a pile of mud (?) behind the door. 0_0 We went down to breakfast at 9:01, it's supposed to last until 9:30, and pretty much everything was empty, the 2 breakfast staff were just standing and chatting about cars next to the empty potatoes that they never bothered to refill. Fruit, empty. Donuts, I assume were never there. And, my favorite, the package of English muffins just sitting on top of the breads like it's normal to just reach in and share family style. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 There were sausage and waffles that were actually avaliable, perfect for those able to eat gluten. Smh. Planned to stay here on our way home too, but we won't be for obvious reasons. Rooms are quiet and beds are comfortable, its a decent hotel as long as you don't plan to eat breakfast, lol.

This was a fantastic hotel with great staff. We had a very minor issue with the door mechanism and the staff was extremely attentive to the situation. They even upgraded our room for a discounted price and added points. Room was excellent and breakfast was terrific!

We had an excellent experience. Our room was huge, clean and very cozy. The decor is modern and the furnishings, including the bed were very comfortable. The pool is really nice, the fitness center is well equipped and the common space was very clean and inviting. We didn't have breakfast, but it looked good for hotel offerings! I would recommend this property.

We reserved 2 suites while we were traveling through. In both rooms, TV's did not work. When we called for service, there was nothing that was done to fix. And no offer to move suites. The breakfast was half stocked, and the food was not fresh. At all. Staff was not friendly really. Always seemed pre-occupied, and not interested in customers. The entire hotel smelled like chemicals. And the HVAC was so loud, you can't sleep through it. Room cleanliness left much to be desired. There were previous guests garbage on top of the refrigerator, and it had not been dusted in a long time. A room capacity of 4 people, with 3 bath towels. And no additional were available when requested.

Overall a good experience. Loved the little things like Dove shampoo/conditioner/body wash, makeup wipe remover, night lights with brightness slides on the bathroom lights, comfy pillows with options, beds comfy for the most part (prefer firmer but still slept well), great breakfast options !!!, pool room was very warm which was nice. It exceeded expectations for the price which we loved for our family of 6. Negatives for us were some of the staff were unprofessional in their speech with how they interacted with people around them like friends who were visiting, etc. They also did not have a baby pack n play which we ended up buying. The pool steps and bottom maintenance was not the best with some plaster/tile grout from the steps getting on our 3 year old's legs and my swimsuit. Not sure why that was coming off? Our family loved our stay and the suite with kitchen worked perfectly for us. We even cooked spaghetti there for a dinner in!
