The pool was closed, but no other complaints. The staff were attentive and friendly. The room was clean and tidy complete with an iron and ironing board. The breakfast was delicious. We had waffles and juice and some fruit. Overall we had a nice time, and we would stay again if we're ever in the area.

Reasonably priced, clean, quiet, good wifi, decent breakfast and 24 hr coffee in lobby as well as room. Room had all the perks and mod cons needed: microwave and fridge, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, desk with good office chair, comfortable chair, shampoo, conditioner and soap. Advertised as continental breakfast, but included breakfast sandwich (found in fridge to heat in microwave, and waffle maker for hot waffles as well as the usual continental breakfast. Desk clerks were pleasant. Be careful of uneven sidewalk seams when entering from west door. Pool was not in operation when we stayed but we did not require a pool.

Small hotel but clean and comfortable. Good for two nights and conveniently located. Breakfast was decent and included a waffle maker as the only hot food item but had microwavable sandwiches along with typical cereals and fruit. Would stay there again. Staff was friendly.

A decent place to stay overall. My room was a bit messy. few crumbs around but mostly clean. When I entered the room, the first few hours were humid and smell bad (during the summer) but cleared up after a while. The sheets were cleaned at least and the bathroom was clean too. The pool is a bit underwhelming but at least the hotel had a pool so I can’t complain. Although the pool didn’t feel like it was properly cleaned. Also the pool is outdated the paint is peeling and chipping which can dangerous if your kids are around. Didn’t have breakfast there but from the looks of it, it looks like it was not gonna taste good and look underwhelming. So for a kinda outdated hotel (with no elevator... I think, I don’t remember) not bad, could sleep comfortably there so that’s all that matters.

Positive: This hotel was clean, it did the basics very well (room clean and nice, bedding of good quality, comfortable beds, extra blanket available, location good, breakfast just adequate. For the price, it was a good choice! One problem: no elevators. Negative: There were no elevators. Breakfast was very minimal.

Worst experience with a hotel we have ever had. first room we had been given had mold growing on the bathroom door and lamps next to the bed. Switched to a different room. Went to shower, and the handle was broken. When we turned the water off, it did NOT turn off, and the drain was stinking bad... told them we need a room that we can shower in..not understanding what the employee told us but it sounded like they were trying to say we broke the shower 🚿. RRRRR..3rd room had underwear and bow tie behind the desk. Chips and food behind the other desk. Spider webs everywhere. We went to the front desk after a hour of this nightmare and explained that we will not be staying there for the night. This was before reading the review about bedbugs. We are now trying to deal with booking .com. to get our refund after being charged for the rooms. 🤬

Amazing. Room is very clean. Front desk is professional. Only drawback is the pool is closed while I am here.

front desk guy wasn't friendly at all, gave me weird looks. room was humid and smelled like cigs. i had BED BUG BITES ALL OVER MY FACE after staying here. the only good part is it's close to isu if that's what you're looking for, but i wouldn't recommend staying here. there's better options.
