Staybridge Suites Ames, an IHG Hotel

Rooms are incredibly spacious and nicely appointed, especially considering the competitive nightly rate. Very comfy beds and linens, good shower and all the amenities you expect. Our room had a full kitchen with dishes, glasses, etc. The free breakfast is a bit better than what you typically find at a chain-hotel breakfast buffet. The hotel is still fairly new and it's a nice property overall. Strongly recommend.

We had an excellent experience. Our room was huge, clean and very cozy. The decor is modern and the furnishings, including the bed were very comfortable. The pool is really nice, the fitness center is well equipped and the common space was very clean and inviting. We didn't have breakfast, but it looked good for hotel offerings! I would recommend this property.

We were a little hesitant to change hotel brands, but were very pleased that we did. Staybridge may just become our go to from here on out! Beds were amazing. Loved the size of the room, which gave our family lots of room to spread out and lounge. Kids had a blast in the pool.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Our room was very spacious with 2 comfortable beds plus sofa bed. There was a small kitchen area with fridge, sink and stove top. Place was very clean and well stocked with personal hygiene products. This hotel serves a delicious breakfast with variety of food: eggs, sausage, potatoes , waffles, oatmeal, toasts and bagel. I loved fresh fruits and yogurt parfait bar…. Coffee was very tasty too. This place has a great value for the money. Staff was very friendly an helpful. Will definitely stay there again!!

Staff was great, breakfast was great (weekend, don't know if it's the same during the week). Like others have commented about, I wonder who did the construction walk-through. Rm 119, bath fan didn't come on, shower hot and cold were reversed, bedside charging outlet had never been plugged in until I identified the problem.

The original plan was to check-in on 10/22 and out 10/23, due to last minute changes I needed to change the reservation by 1 day. I called the hotel 2 hours before I needed to leave my home with 4 hours of windshield time ahead. The staff was understanding and accommodating, I was put in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite with no extra charge, I had reserved a King Studio. I have found my new go to hotel when visiting my daughter. Thank you for being so understanding and accommodating

We stayed at the hotel for ten days. The room was very spacious, had a full kitchen, and was very clean. Included breakfast was very good. The only problem we had was when the TV died with four days left on our stay. Since a replacement TV was not available, the hotel reduced our room rate by 50% for the entire ten days. Not all hotels would be so generous. We will definitely stay there again.

a friendly staff. i really enjoyed my stay there, they did make me feel welcome and home. the rooms were good and big. and the hotel have a beautiful outside area with a fireplace. Wery enjoyable
