Positive: Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Good selection of items for breakfast, including hot items. Negative: Unfortunately, the room was below the standard that we were expecting. Earlier in the year we stayed in a 2nd floor room and it was very clean and comfortable. This stay was in a 1st floor room and we were very disappointed.

Positive: "" Negative: There were used Zynn pouches in the shower, the room only made it up to 61 degrees, and the swing bar did not fully align with the knob on the door.

Positive: "" Negative: Room smelled like mold, opened the room and it was very humid and stuffy. Our sheets were damp due to humidity in the room. Cobwebs in the corners. Stunk.

This place was so filthy that I couldn't even stay. It was one of the worst smells I've ever smelled, and everything was wet. Water was coming up from the floor. I booked for 2 nights for work but didn't even stay one and the hotel refused even a partial refund.

Do not stay here. Very rundown and not clean. We had to move rooms due to hair all over the sheets and dried up contact lenses on the bathroom floor. The faucet handle fell off when I was using it. Thermostat had no cover. Very loud! The AC made clunking noises all night....did t sleep well!!! Multiple paint chips and overall not kept up. My kids made the comment t about not feeling safe and this is a place they make scary movies. Breakfast was very minimal. Wouls not stay here again.

Would not stay again. Unclear how some other reviews were positive.||Cleanliness was awful- one bed sheet had hair on sheets, bed skirt dirty, thick dust on headboard top, hard floor had visible hair and dirt, vanity shelves towels were had either dust/dirty along sides. Wiped high touch surfaces down and wipe was clearly soiled. Pool would not use as looked like stuff was in it.||Comfort was awful- heater loud/rattled, mattresses uncomfortable, shower squealed, door squeaked, toilet wasn't flushing. ||Negative aesthetics and other observations of broken/ripped room items, patched spots, did not see sanitizers available be breakfast, etc. are abundant.||Appeared to have some updates in lobby, bed covers, counter of vanity, hard flooring, but these appear to be more "coverups" for everything else in disarray.|||||

Positive: "" Negative: The bed sagged so badly I almost fell onto the floor when rolling over. Stayed there previously and room and breakfast were very good. May or may not stay there again. Negative: ""

Positive: Sam was nice to work with. Negative: The bathroom door was warped and wouldn?t shut, part of the bathroom faucet knob fell off, hard to get the hangers we needed for the closet, shower, barely squeezed out enough water to shower with.
